New To This ..2 Prayer Requests

Please pray for me on 2 ronts that I am really struggling with in my life at the moment that I really need to find peace with

1. Please pray for my 66 year old Mom who is suffering with chronic knee and back pain. She is single and not in a position where she can quit work. She aslo does not have the financial means to really take care of this problem so she is struggling through it despite my offers to help her as best I can. I just pray for relief from the pain for her and pray for good, long lasting health otherwise and that I can find some way to help her financially so that she will not have to work as hard and can take time for herself

2. Please pray for and my current job situation. I have a really good job, but I unfortunately work for someone that is almost unbearable, not only to me, but to just about everyone around. It has gotten to the point where it is badly affecting my health. I have been praying for this person in that they will either immediately change their ways and they way that they treat people or that they will either retire or move to another position as I need my job badly, but dont know if my health can take it much longer. I am really trying to turn this over to God and have him take care of this for me by either changing or removing this problem. I know that this may seem like an insignificant request in light of so many people with life threatening issues, but this particular issue is really starting to threaten my health and happiness and the well-being of my family. I am really appreciative of all of the prayers on this matter

Dear Lord,

I ask that Your perfect will be done in each of these situations. Grant relief and healing to his Mom. Help her to call upon You and to know Your joy and peace and provision for her needs. And guide this man in his work situation. Help him to be salt and light in that place. Grant him favor in his employment and peace within. Guide his steps, carry him through the difficulties and provide him with all that is needed to endure this season of testing and to come out on the other end stronger and wiser for it. Help him to know He can trust You to protect him and lead him. Let this difficult person see You in him and desire to have the same peace in their life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
