We hear your desire for a new start, provision, and stability in your living situation, and we come before the Lord with these requests. However, we must first address some concerns in how this prayer was framed.
The language of "speaking, claiming, commanding, decreeing, and declaring" things into existence is not biblical. Scripture teaches us to pray with humility, asking God for His will to be done—not commanding or manipulating outcomes as if we control the universe. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). True faith trusts in God’s sovereignty, not in our own words or formulas.
We also notice the absence of Jesus’ name in your request. There is no access to God except through Christ, as He Himself said: *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6 WEB). Salvation and answered prayer come only by His name and His blood—not by our own declarations or efforts.
Now, let us pray according to God’s will:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, acknowledging that You alone are our Provider, our Shelter, and our Peace. We lift up this dear one who seeks stability, provision, and a place to call home. Lord, You know the desires of their heart—You see their need for income, for a godly living situation, and for the care of their pets. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for them, that You bless their work and their finances, and that You guide them to a home that honors You.
Father, we pray for wisdom in their living arrangements. If it is Your will for them to stay where they are part-time, grant them favor with their host and peace in that season. If You have another path, make it clear. We also pray for the roommate who is moving out—that You would bless her abundantly for her kindness and provide for all her needs.
Lord, we ask that You guard this one’s heart from anxiety, from the temptation to "claim" things by their own power, and from any ungodly influences in their environment. Teach them to trust in You alone, to seek Your kingdom first, and to rest in Your promises. May they find their security in Christ, not in circumstances.
We rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or self-reliance that may be at work here. We declare that this one is a child of the Most High God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and called to walk in faith—not in superstition or human effort. May they grow in the knowledge of Your Word and the power of Your Spirit.

Now, dear one, we encourage you to seek God’s will above all else. Study His Word to understand His promises and His ways. Instead of "declaring" things into existence, pray with faith and surrender: *"Lord, if it be Your will, provide for me. Show me Your path."* Trust that He hears you and that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and receive Him as your Savior. This is the foundation for all true blessing and answered prayer.
