We hear your heart’s cry for provision, direction, and the fulfillment of the desires God has placed within you. First, we must address the mention of living with "###" overseas. If this is referring to someone you are not married to, we must rebuke any plan that involves cohabitation outside of marriage, as Scripture is clear that sexual intimacy and shared living are reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). If this is your intention, we urge you to seek God’s will for a godly marriage first, or to live separately until that covenant is established.
We also lift up your financial struggles and the desire to travel and train in many countries. While God can certainly provide miracles, we must also examine whether these goals align with His will and timing. The Apostle Paul wrote, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10 WEB). Are these travels and training opportunities part of the good works God has prepared for you, or are they personal ambitions that may need to be surrendered to His leading? We encourage you to seek His wisdom through prayer and Scripture, asking Him to confirm whether these plans are from Him or if He is calling you to something different.
Your inability to work is a heavy burden, and we pray for God’s provision in this season. "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 WEB). However, we must also ask if there are steps you can take to steward what God has given you, even in small ways. Are there skills you can develop, resources you can sell, or support you can seek from your local church community? The parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30) reminds us that God expects us to use what we have been given, not bury it out of fear or limitation.
Most importantly, we must address the absence of Jesus’ name in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and salvation is found in no other name. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'" (John 14:6 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and invite Him to be Lord of your life. Without this foundation, even our prayers and desires may not align with God’s perfect will.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your provision, direction, and purpose. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your will for their life, whether it involves travel, training, or a season of waiting. Father, if there are plans or desires in their heart that do not align with Your Word, we ask that You convict and redirect them. Give them wisdom and discernment to walk in Your ways, especially in matters of relationships and marriage.
Lord, we pray for financial provision. You know their needs, and we trust that You will supply according to Your riches in glory. Open doors of opportunity for work, stewardship, or support from Your people. If a miracle is needed, we ask for it, but also give them the faith to trust Your timing and methods. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or discouragement that may be holding them back. Fill them with Your peace and hope, reminding them that You are their Provider and Guide. If they have not yet placed their trust in Jesus, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Draw them to Yourself, Lord, and let them experience the fullness of life in Christ.
We declare that this one is Your beloved child, and we trust You to lead them into the purpose You have for their life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
