We come before the Lord with your request, lifting up your need for a new place to live, the provision of finances, and your desire to travel and train overseas. First, we must address the foundation of all our prayers—faith in Jesus Christ. It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Without Him, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being in right relationship with God.
Now, let us pray for your housing situation. Father God, we ask that You provide a clean, safe, and stable place for our brother/sister to live. You know their needs even before they ask, and we trust in Your promise that if we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). Prepare this place for them, Lord, and let it be a space where they can grow in You as they prepare for the next steps in their journey.
Regarding finances, we know that You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We rebuke any spirit of lack or fear in this area and declare that You are their provider. Father, open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). We ask for miracle funds to cover every expense for their travel and training, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20).
For the move overseas, we pray for divine favor and guidance. Direct their steps, Lord, and let Your Holy Spirit lead them into all truth (John 16:13). We ask that You connect them with the right people, opportunities, and resources to accomplish the training and ministry You have placed on their heart. Give them wisdom and discernment in every decision, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up their desire to persevere and not quit, no matter how difficult the journey becomes. Father, strengthen them with Your might in their inner being (Ephesians 3:16). Remind them that You are their strength when they are weak (2 Corinthians 12:9) and that those who wait on You shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Let them run and not grow weary, walk and not faint. We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, fear, or doubt that would seek to derail them from the purpose You have for their life.
Finally, we pray that every desire and goal they have would align with Your will. Search their heart, Lord, and reveal anything that is not of You (Psalm 139:23-24). Let their plans be established by You (Proverbs 16:3), and may everything they do bring glory to Your name. We declare that they will not labor in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58) and that their steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
