We hear your deep longing for stability, joy, and a place to call home where your family can thrive. Your heart’s cry for provision, safety, and normalcy resonates with us, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in God’s faithfulness to meet your needs according to His riches in glory. However, we must gently address some concerns in your request to ensure it aligns with biblical truth and God’s will for your life.

First, the language of "speaking life," "commanding," "declaring," and "demanding" into existence reflects a misunderstanding of how we are called to relate to God. Scripture teaches us to ask in faith, not to demand as if we hold authority over God’s sovereignty. Jesus Himself taught us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth" (Matthew 6:10 WEB). Our prayers should be submitted to God’s perfect will, not our own desires framed as decrees. We are called to trust in His timing and wisdom, not to attempt to control outcomes through our words. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Second, while your desire for a godly spouse is understandable, we must address the way you’ve framed this part of your request. A "boyfriend" is not the biblical goal for a relationship, Scripture calls believers to pursue marriage as a covenant between a man and a woman, entered into with the intent of honoring God. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh" (Proverbs 18:22 WEB). Courtship should be intentional, with the purpose of discerning whether this person is someone you can commit to for life, not someone who merely "follows you everywhere." If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for a man who loves the Lord above all else, who will lead your family in godliness, and who will cherish you as Christ cherishes the church (Ephesians 5:25-28 WEB). Guard your heart against emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage, as Scripture warns against fornication (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB).

We also want to gently rebuke the focus on material desires that seem to overshadow the spiritual. While God cares about your need for a home, a working toilet, and even a pet, these things should not be the ultimate focus of your prayers or your heart. Jesus warns us, "For what does it profit a man to gain the whole world, and forfeit his soul?" (Mark 8:36 WEB). Your request mentions "uncommon favor" in a way that sounds like a prosperity gospel promise, but Scripture teaches that God’s favor is not measured by material blessings. "But godliness with contentment is great gain" (1 Timothy 6:6 WEB). We must seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will add what we need (Matthew 6:33 WEB).

Lastly, we notice that while you mention "the blood of Jesus," your request does not explicitly acknowledge Jesus as Lord or express dependence on Him for salvation. Salvation is found in no one else, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in Jesus’ death and resurrection for your salvation, and commit to following Him as Lord. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB).

Now, let us pray together for your needs, aligning our hearts with God’s will:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear sister and her family to You. Lord, You know the desires of her heart, the longing for a home, for provision, for joy, and for stability. We ask that You would meet her needs according to Your riches in glory, not because of our words or demands, but because of Your mercy and grace. Father, we pray for a safe and stable place for her and her children to live, a home where You are honored and where Your peace dwells. Provide for every practical need, Lord, and help her to trust in You rather than in her own efforts or declarations.

Father, we ask that You would guide her in her relationships. If it is Your will for her to marry, bring a godly man into her life, one who loves You first and who will lead her and her children in Your ways. Guard her heart from pursuing relationships that do not honor You, and help her to wait on Your timing. If she is not yet married, Lord, give her contentment in You and wisdom to raise her children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.

We pray against any spirit of discontentment or entitlement, Lord. Help her to find her joy and satisfaction in You alone, not in material things or circumstances. Teach her to seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will provide all that she needs. Father, we also pray for her salvation if she does not yet know You as Lord. Draw her to Yourself, reveal Your love to her, and help her to surrender her life to Jesus Christ.

Lord, we rebuke any lies from the enemy that tell her she must "speak things into existence" or demand her way. Instead, fill her with Your Spirit, that she may pray according to Your will and trust in Your perfect plan. Give her peace that surpasses understanding, and help her to rest in Your promises.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save, provide, and guide. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing it to shape your prayers and your desires. Meditate on passages like Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Trust that God hears you, loves you, and is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28 WEB). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your steps.

We feel the hope and the deep longing in your words, not just for a place to stay, but for a life that feels whole. A home where the toilet, sink, and shower work. A space you can welcome your mom and your children into. The simple, good rhythms of normal life. We hear that, and it matters.

It can be so tiring to keep speaking life over a situation when the walls around you don't yet match what you are believing for. We want to simply stand with you in that, not to correct it, not to add more weight, but to remind you that God sees a daughter who is fighting to hold onto hope. He is not distant from your need for a safe, secret place to land, a place where you can finally exhale and be happy.

Even when a miracle hasn't fully arrived yet, you are still here, still speaking, still asking. That takes real grit.

One small step we’ve seen help in seasons like this: pick the most pressing piece you named, perhaps the home, and today, ask God to show you one tiny sign of His care. It could be a phone call, an unexpected opening, or just a moment of peace you didn't have yesterday. Sometimes the path toward a big provision is made of very small, steady gifts we almost miss.

Jesus, thank you that You are not put off by how loudly our needs shout. You know this daughter’s desire for a home that works, for passports and vacations, for joy around her table. Quiet her heart enough to hear Your voice, and open the doors that need to open. Protect her and her family, and give them today what they need to keep going. In Your name, Amen.

You speak of claiming and commanding, as though the Almighty had made you sovereign over His favors. But let me remind you: the Eternal God is not a genie to be summoned by the vehemence of your words. His blessings are not wrung from His hand by loud decrees; they are gifts of grace, flowing from the throne of a loving Father through the precious blood of Jesus. That holy blood speaks better things than your demands, it pleads for mercy, not merits. Come, then, with empty hands, and let that blood be your only plea.

A new home is a good desire; God knows you need a place to dwell. But see whether your first desire is a dwelling place in Him. The shadow of the Almighty is the only safe habitation; within the radiance of His presence, even a bare room becomes a palace. Seek Him as your home, and then, if He gives walls and roof, you will receive them as a steward, not a commander. Remember, the Israelites in the wilderness had no fixed abode, yet they were at home beneath the guiding cloud. If the Lord be your refuge, you carry your citadel with you.

As for the passport, the puppy, the boyfriend, and the vacations, these are not evil in themselves, but beware of making them the chief end of life. The flesh craves comfort, but the Spirit desires Christ. You speak of ā€œuncommon favorā€; true uncommon favor is to be adopted into the family of God, to be made an heir of heaven, and to have a new heart that longs after holiness. That favor is yours freely in Christ, not by your declarations, but by the Father’s good pleasure. Do you know this favor? Has He given you that new heart, that new spirit which cries ā€œAbba, Fatherā€? If so, then all other things are but additions; seek first the kingdom.

Observe the tone of your request: ā€œI SPEAK... I CLAIM... I DEMAND.ā€ Dear soul, where is the childlike ā€œThy will be doneā€? Where is the humble, ā€œLord, if Thou wilt, Thou canst make me wholeā€? The life of faith is not a life of clutching, but of receiving. David, a man after God’s own heart, did not command his blessings; he waited on the Lord and found mercy peculiarly his own, appropriated by trusting, not by shouting. Let your tongue learn a sweeter language: ā€œNot my will, but Thine.ā€ Then your prayers, beaten small in the mortar of humility, will rise as incense before the throne.

You mention the blood of Jesus: that is your only solid ground. But that blood cleanses us from sin, not from submission. It purchases peace, not pride. Will you trust that blood to wash away your transgressions and then walk in the path of obedience? True faith works by love and purifies the heart. It does not demand a boyfriend who follows you everywhere; it asks for a heart that follows Christ everywhere. Beware of framing your desires after the pattern of this world. A ā€œcuteā€ companion may become a snare if he does not fear the Lord. What fellowship has light with darkness? Pray rather for a helper meet for godliness.

I see in your words a mixture of living and a longing for normal happiness. God made us for joy. But that joy is found in the way of the cross, not in the way of carnal command. The Savior’s life was not one of comfort; He labored and sweat great drops of blood. Yet for the joy set before Him, He endured. Shall the disciple be above his Lord? Embrace His self-sacrifice, and in losing your life you shall find it.

Let this be your prayer: ā€œMy God, in Jesus’ blood I have redemption. Give me a home if it pleaseth Thee; give daily bread; give health and peace. But above all, give me Thyself. Make me to dwell in Thy secret place, and let my latter end greatly increase in grace. Not my words of power, but Thy merciful favor, shall be my song forever.ā€ Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You treat the precious blood of Jesus as though it were a charm for conjuring puppies and vacations, while your soul lies in ruins. What is this noise of "claiming" and "decreeing" a cute boyfriend and a working toilet, as if the Lord of heaven were a servant to your whims? You have made a marketplace of prayer, demanding trinkets that moth and rust will soon destroy. Do you not know that gold is mire and silver is stubble, kindling the flame of desire and defiling the one who clutches them? You cry out for a new home, yet you have not made your heart a dwelling for righteousness.

The kingdom of God is not in word but in power, power to cast out the evil spirits of covetousness, to raise the deadened conscience, to free the soul from bondage to the passions. You speak of life, but you chase shadows. Where is the fruit of your churchgoing? You have attended services, perhaps, but have you returned home a better person? To be religious is not to be constant in assembling while the heart remains untransformed. Our forefathers built churches to join learners and teachers, to make the one better by the other; yet you treat it as routine, then pour out demands as if faith were an incantation. Easter stirs a great hubbub, then the quiet comes, and you are still the same.

If you want a normal life, then learn what true life is. God has given two great gifts: freedom from sin and servitude to righteousness, which is better than any liberty. He has done for us what one would do for an orphan carried off by savages, not merely freeing from captivity but setting a kind father over him and bringing him to great dignity. Yet you despise this dignity and crawl back to the mire of earthly comforts. You ask for uncommon favor, but the uncommon favor is this: to be made a servant of righteousness, to walk in the ways of Christ, to be led to the life of angels. The saints of old spent their days in servitude and dangers, holding to blessings they did not fully receive in this age. Jacob said his days were few and evil, yet the true blessing awaited him in the world to come. Why do you demand your portion now, like Esau trading his birthright for a single meal?

Even Balaam and Pharaoh received glimpses of God’s power, yet it profited them nothing because their hearts were not turned. Many who cry ā€œLord, Lordā€ and even work wonders in His name will hear, ā€œI never knew you.ā€ Do not presume on grace while storing up wrath by making the blood of the covenant a tool for acquiring pets and passports. The feast we are to keep continually is not one of self-indulgence but of refraining from evil, resting from covetousness and the unprofitable toils of Egypt. Let your spiritual things be intense, and let earthly things give place. Seek first the kingdom, and your true needs will be added; but what you clamor for is not need, it is wanton craving.

Repent, then. Flee to Baptism if it is yet before you, or return to its washing if you have soiled it. There is a remission, but not a license to sin. The Church is in evil case when her children count the services as nothing more than formal duty and leave bearing no fruit. Become a wonder yourself: work the greatest miracle by a changed life, by putting off the old man with his lusts. Then you will have a home no landlord can revoke, a joy no vacation can equal, and a bridegroom whose love is eternal. Cease from your decrees and bow in silence, saying with the publican, ā€œGod be merciful to me a sinner.ā€ That is the true claim upon the blood of Jesus.

There is a deep cry in your words for something new, a safe place, a fresh start, a life that feels whole. I hear that. God hears that. But true life, the kind that lasts and satisfies, doesn’t begin with us commanding it into existence. It begins when we let go of the controls and step into the life Jesus already gave us through His blood.

That life isn’t just about a better address or a puppy or a relationship. It’s about becoming a new creation in Christ, where the old self-centered way of grasping and demanding passes away. All things become new when our center shifts from me to Him. Instead of living for what we can get, we discover we are already dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, a home that cannot be taken, where He becomes our refuge and our joy regardless of the circumstances.

You want a normal life where you can be happy. That is not wrong. But God often works out His plans in ways we don’t see for years, even when the roof seems to be caving in. Think of Naomi in the book of Ruth, she lost everything and thought it was the end. She couldn’t see the redemption God was weaving behind the scenes. Or Esther, whose whole world was rearranged against her will, yet God was placing her exactly where she needed to be to bring life out of a death sentence. He works even in the heavy places.

What if, instead of declaring and demanding, you began to pray from that secret place, the closet where your Father sees you, and simply yielded your desires to Him? Not as a way to manipulate a list of wants, but as a child who trusts a good Father. He knows you need a working toilet and a shower. He knows the ache for companionship and a place where your family can gather. But He wants to give you something deeper first: a home in His family, where Christ Himself settles down and makes Himself at home in your heart.

That is the true ā€œnew place to stay.ā€ When He is your dwelling place, fear loses its grip. The glittering promises of the world can’t buy peace. Strength comes not from claiming and controlling, but from being separated unto God, like Samson before he drifted into self-indulgence. God’s power flows through a life surrendered, not a life that treats Him like a vending machine for our declarations.

Take the desires you listed, a safe home, family around you, a joyful life, and lay them before the Lord with open hands. Ask Him to work out His purposes in His timing. He may provide a place you never imagined, a season of quiet rebuilding. He may bring godly relationships that honor Him. But the foundation is this: the old things in your heart that demand and dictate must pass away. Behold, He makes all things new. In that new life, you can already be happy, already have a normal, God-ordered existence, because He is your peace and your inheritance. You are not a stranger; you belong in the kingdom right now.

May the entrance of His word bring light to your path. He is working, even when you can’t trace His hand. Rest in that.
