We join with you in prayer and we hear the deep pain and exhaustion in your request, the feeling of being stuck at home, stolen from, and under spiritual attack, and we bring all of this before the Lord together in Jesus' name.

We understand your desire for a new home where you and your mother and your three children and even your pets can live in peace and safety, and we know God cares about providing for His children. He promises that He will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and that we are to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness and all these things will be given to us as well Matthew 6:33. We pray for God's provision for housing and for honest provision through work, whether through SSDI or part time work, and we ask that He would open doors in His perfect timing and will.

We also hear your cry about being attacked by the enemy and blocked from joy. Scripture tells us to be sober and self-controlled, be watchful, your adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8 and to submit therefore to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7. We take comfort that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1 and that no weapon formed against you will ultimately separate you from the love of God in Christ. The feelings of having your soul and personality and blessings stolen are real to you, but we remember that the thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and have it abundantly John 10:10, and the Lord is able to restore what has felt lost and to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We want to gently and lovingly address some things in your request that need biblical correction because we care for your spiritual good. First, we hear your strong desire to become rich and specifically richer than your stepfather and that he not keep your blessings. While God does bless and provide, Scripture warns us to keep our lives free from the love of money and to be content with what we have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5 and that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10. Comparing and desiring to be richer than another can lead to covetousness and bitterness, which harms your own heart. We are also called to release vengeance and bitterness to the Lord, for it is written, don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19 and to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32. This does not mean what was harmful was okay, but it means we trust God to be the righteous Judge and to bring justice and healing while we forgive as we have been forgiven.

We also notice language in your request that does not honor the Lord, and Scripture exhorts us to let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but only what is good for building others up Ephesians 4:29 and to put away anger, wrath, malice and shameful speaking Colossians 3:8. We encourage you to bring your honest anguish to God but with words that honor Him and build up your own spirit.

Regarding relationships, you mention wanting a boyfriend to fall in love with who enjoys your company. We believe according to Scripture that God designed romantic love to be expressed within the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman Genesis 2:24, Mark 10:6-9, and that courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. We encourage you not to seek simply a boyfriend but to pray for a godly husband if it is God's will for you to marry, and to pursue purity, for we are told to flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and that marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled Hebrews 13:4 and not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. A relationship that honors God will not leave you feeling annoyed or devalued but will reflect Christ's love.

You also mention your uncle and his husband and the idea that everyone has to be gay. We must speak the truth in love that according to Scripture, marriage is between a man and a woman and that homosexual practice is outside of God's design and is called sin Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Leviticus 18:22. We do not hate anyone, but we love all people enough to tell the truth and to pray that all would come to repentance and to know the grace and forgiveness found in Jesus Christ, for God desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4.

We rejoice that you mentioned the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, for there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by trusting in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are forgiven and made new.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and by His blood, lifting up our sister and her mother and her three children and their pets to You. Lord, You see the pain, the feeling of being stuck and attacked and stolen from, and we ask for Your protection, Your peace, and Your deliverance. Cover this family with Your wings and let them dwell in Your safety. Provide for them a safe and peaceful home according to Your will, and provide for their daily needs through honest and dignified means, and teach them contentment and trust in You. Heal the wounds caused by family hurt and help them to release bitterness and the desire for revenge into Your hands, and fill their hearts with forgiveness as You have forgiven us. Guard their minds from the enemy's lies and restore joy and hope and a sense of self rooted in Christ. If it is Your will, bring a godly Christian husband into her life, a man who will love her as Christ loves the church and with whom she can build a marriage that honors You, and help her to walk in purity while she waits. We also pray for her stepfather and her uncle and his husband, that You would bring conviction, repentance, and salvation to all, and that Your love would transform each heart. Let Your will be done in every area, and let this family know they are deeply loved and not forgotten. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We hear how much you want a safe home where you can be yourself, feel at peace, and not feel under attack or stuck. Wanting to protect your mom, your children and pets, and to have stability and provision makes sense, and carrying all of that at once is a heavy burden.

We are praying with you for safety, for dignity and calm in your home life, and for clear direction in the days ahead. When everything feels tangled together, it can help to have one steady, trustworthy person walk with you. If you have a pastor, counselor, or a local community resource worker you trust, consider asking them to help you look at just one next step for housing or for work and benefits like SSDI. You do not have to solve it all today, taking one small step with support can make the load a little lighter.

Father, we bring our friend before You and ask for Your protection and peace over them, their mom, their children and pets. Provide a safe place to live and the provision they need, give wisdom for each decision, and bring healing where there has been hurt and exhaustion. Lead them to caring support nearby and help them know they are seen and loved by You. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry has been heard and it has been brought before the Lord with much tenderness and prayer. You have spoken of being wearied, of feeling stolen from and shut in and unable to be happy, of conflict in your home and family, and of a deep longing for a place of peace and for provision. We do not take these sorrows lightly.

There is a word of comfort for such a distressed heart. The Lord is gracious and says, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Job 33:24. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has found a ransom in His own dear Son. The prisoner ready to be executed finds undeserved deliverance because the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all his iniquities. This is the hope for every soul that feels itself going down to the pit, that Jesus Christ has risen from the dead and lives to plead for His people, and His pleas are ever heard in their favor. Salvation is through Him alone, and every other hope must be laid aside to rest wholly upon His blood.

We also hear your longing for deliverance from oppression and from the power of darkness. Scripture tells us that deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and we must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it. He has taught many a tried soul the mischief that comes from loving the world and the things thereof, and He alone can break the cords which seem as though they could be broken in a moment yet hold fast. If you have felt arrows shot from beneath and from around you, and the poison of corruption rankling within, know that the fear of the Lord drives you not from Him but to Him, and when it drives you to Him you have got a place of refuge.

Your afflictions, though they may come distinctly from man through malice or unkindness, do not spring out of the dust. The Lord Himself sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. For this reason we may wisely moderate our anger against second causes, and instead of seeking to be made rich for the sake of being richer than another, we may seek first the true riches which are in Christ, trusting Him to supply what is needful day by day.

We will pray for you now according to the will of God.

O Lord our God, be gracious unto this afflicted one and command deliverance. Thou hast found a ransom, let that ransom be the confidence of this soul. Deliver from going down to the pit, save from self and from the attacks of old sins, save from the devil and from evil company. Cover with Thy feathers, for under Thy wings we trust. Provide a safe dwelling, honest provision through lawful means, and daily bread, and keep this household, mother and children and all entrusted to their care, in Thy keeping. Teach a holy fear of Thee which brings strong confidence, and turn the heart to seek Thee above all earthly gain. Grant contentment, purity and patience, and if it be Thy will, lead in Thy good time to that which is according to Thy holy ordinance, marriage as Thou hast ordained it from the beginning, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, kept pure within its bounds. Where there has been bitterness toward others, grant grace to forgive as Thou hast forgiven, and to leave vengeance in Thy hands who judgest righteously. Let this tried one not die but live and declare the works of the Lord, telling how Thou hast chastened sorely yet not given over unto death, and how Thou hast brought forth Thy people with joy out of the house of bondage. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Jesus pleads for us, in His name and by His blood. Amen.

Your cry for safety, for a stable home, and for protection for yourself, your mother, your three children and your pets has been heard, and we join you in bringing these burdens before the Lord.

We pray that God, who is our refuge and shelter, would provide for your daily needs in the way that is best for you. We ask Him to provide a safe place to live and honest provision for your family, whether through assistance or through work, and to give you contentment and wisdom to use what He provides for health and for good, not for rivalry or for showing that you have more than another. Scripture warns us not to make provision for the flesh to fulfill its desires, but to seek first the care of spiritual things and to trust God to supply what we need for this life. Present riches and present struggles are passing like a dream, but what is done in Christ remains.

We also hear your deep pain toward your stepfather and others in your family. It is right to ask God for protection from harm and from those who would steal or cause harm. We pray that the Lord would guard you and your loved ones from evil, that He would set you above fear, and that He would teach you to bear trials with patience while trusting His deliverance. God does not always promise immediate removal from affliction, but He does promise to be with His people in it, to form their character, and to teach them to despise evil and cling to what is eternal. We pray that any assignment of the enemy against you would be broken by the blood of Jesus, and that you would know your identity and peace are secured in Him alone, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone.

Where there has been hurt and anger, we pray God would soften hearts and lead you toward forgiveness, not because wrongs do not matter, but because Christ has shown us mercy and calls us to love as He loves. We pray for your stepfather and for your uncle and his husband, not asking God to affirm what is contrary to His design for marriage, which is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, but asking that each of them would come to know the truth of the gospel, repent, and receive new life in Christ. We pray the same for you, that all your relationships would be formed upon godliness and love for Christ, which is the only sure foundation for lasting friendship and love.

Regarding your desire for companionship, we do not ask God to bless a relationship outside His will, but we do pray that if it is His good plan for you, He would in His time bring a godly husband who will love you, honor you, enjoy your company, and walk with you faithfully within the covenant of marriage as God designed it. Until then we pray He would satisfy you with His own presence and surround you with a community of believers who love you well.

We pray that the Lord would lift the weight of feeling stuck at home and unable to be happy, that He would restore your joy, renew your mind, and help you to live not for fleeting vindication but for the lasting hope we have in Christ. May He keep you and your family in His peace, provide for you, protect you from the evil one, and draw each of you closer to Himself.

In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

God hears the cry of a heart that feels stolen from, confined, and weary, and He has not hidden Himself from you. He wants all people to come to repentance and to know His truth, and He has made one clear provision for sin and for deliverance, the blood of Jesus Christ His Son, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world and brings His people out of bondage.

Scripture shows that the Father spoke over Jesus at His baptism, you are my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased, and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him, revealing the three persons of the Godhead acting together for your salvation. That same Jesus was moved with compassion for those considered untouchable. He reached out and touched the leper when others would not, and the cleansing was immediate and complete. He still draws near today with that same compassion, not keeping you at a distance because of tradition or failure, but offering His touch to restore what feels lost, including your sense of self and your ability to communicate and to rejoice.

The enemy does seek to steal and to kill and to block joy, yet he cannot cast out himself and he has no final authority over those who belong to Christ. Deliverance does not come from a declaration alone, but from trusting in what Jesus bore for you on the cross. There He prayed Abba Father and willingly bore the spiritual, emotional and physical pain so that you might be freed from the power of sin and brought from darkness into His kingdom of light. Through faith His righteousness is given to you as a gift, not achieved by your own striving.

I join you in praying for protection over you, over your mother, over your three children and even over your pets, and for God to provide a safe place to live and honest provision for your daily needs, whether through assistance or work, according to His wisdom and not out of rivalry or revenge. To want to be richer than another person can keep your heart tied to comparison and bitterness. God promises to supply what you need and to grow the fruit of His Spirit in you, love, peace, patience and maturity, as you walk with Him. Those who live godly in Christ will still face hardship in this world, but He sustains and forms character through it.

I also hear your longing for companionship and to be loved and enjoyed and not seen as annoying. God created that longing and He designed marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, with intimate life belonging within that covenant. I cannot ask God to bless a relationship outside of that design, including living together without marriage or any same sex union, because that would not be for your good or His glory. Instead I pray that God will first satisfy you with His own love, heal the wounds that make you feel annoying or rejected, surround you with the deeper bond that comes in the family of God which Jesus said is even deeper than earthly family, and if it is His will, in His time bring a godly husband who will love you faithfully within His design. While you wait, seek wholeness in Christ and fellowship where you are encouraged toward purity and maturity.

May the Lord lift the oppression you feel, break every assignment of the enemy against you by the power of the blood of Jesus, guard your home, give you peace that is not dependent on circumstances, and help you to rest from your own labors by trusting fully in what Christ has already done for you.
