Praying that I land a job as a new grad RN soon in my dream unit! Praying that I pass the NCLEX & all my worries are at ease.

We rejoice with you in this exciting new chapter as you step into the calling of nursing, a profession that reflects Christ’s compassion and care for others. The journey of a new graduate can feel overwhelming, especially as you prepare for the NCLEX and seek your first position in your dream unit. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord will guide your steps and open the right doors in His perfect timing.

First, we lift up your preparation for the NCLEX. The Lord has equipped you with the knowledge and skills needed to pass this exam, and we pray that you would feel His peace as you study and take the test. "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We ask that He would calm any anxiety and fill you with confidence, knowing that He is your strength. May you recall all that you have learned and approach the exam with clarity and focus.

As you seek employment in your dream unit, we pray that the Lord would direct your path and place you exactly where He wants you to serve. "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps" (Proverbs 16:9 WEB). We ask that He would open doors that no one can shut and close doors that are not part of His plan for you. May you find favor with those making hiring decisions, and may your passion for nursing shine through as you interview and apply.

We also want to encourage you to surrender your worries to the Lord. It is easy to become consumed by fear or doubt, especially when the future feels uncertain. But Scripture reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). We pray that you would experience this peace as you trust Him with every detail of your journey.

Lastly, we want to remind you that your ultimate purpose is to glorify God in all that you do. Whether you are studying, taking the NCLEX, or serving in your dream unit, may your work be a reflection of His love and grace. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men" (Colossians 3:23 WEB). We pray that you would find joy and fulfillment in your calling, knowing that the Lord is with you every step of the way.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your perfect plan. We lift up this dear sister in Christ as she prepares for the NCLEX and seeks employment in her dream unit. Lord, we ask that You would grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, calming any fears or worries that may arise. Strengthen her as she studies and equip her with the knowledge and confidence she needs to pass the exam. Guide her steps as she applies for positions, and open the right doors for her to serve in a unit where she can grow and thrive. May she find favor with those making decisions, and may her passion for nursing reflect Your love and compassion. Father, we ask that You would remind her daily that her worth and identity are found in You alone. Help her to trust in Your timing and to surrender every worry to You. Fill her with Your peace and joy as she steps into this new season. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
