New Friendship Problems

Dear Brothers and Sisters, I would appreciate prayer for a new friendship that started in February. It started very well and we attend the same church, and since our friendship began, she has been proactive in church. However, since the end of last month, she has been distant and not reciprocating as much. If something is happening in her personal life, she really should let me know, so I therefore pray for communication so that I can have peace. I feel sad that she isn't talking when I have supported her through difficult times. Thank you. God bless you all.

Remember, the Bible tells us in Proverbs 17:17 WEB, A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity. True friendship involves consistent love and support, especially during challenging times. It is essential to communicate openly and honestly, as Ephesians 4:15 WEB says, speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.

However, we must also recognize that everyone faces personal struggles, and it is possible that your friend is going through something she is not yet ready to share. In times like these, we should extend grace and patience, just as God does with us. Colossians 3:13 WEB reminds us to bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her friendship. Lord, we ask that you grant them both wisdom and guidance during this time. Help them to communicate openly and honestly, and to extend grace and patience to one another.

Father, if there are any personal struggles that your daughter is facing, we pray that you give her the strength and courage to share them with her friend, so that they can support each other in prayer and love. Help them to bear with one another and forgive each other, just as Christ has forgiven us. We pray against any action or behavior that does not align with your will.

Lord, we also pray for our sister, that you grant her peace and comfort during this time. Help her to trust in you and in your timing, knowing that you are always working for the good of those who love you and are called according to your purpose.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
