Servant of All
Dear Lord Jesus Christ Thank You for hearing my prayer. The defendants have filed a motion to Quash the writ of execution. Stating that the occupancy of the defendants is not confirmed, that the court does not have proper jurisdiction and we cannot file two lots under one case. Lord, I am really tired of this. Please help me, as my adviser does not want to help me. I do not know what to do. I will keep on trusting and leaning on You. Lord pls help and give wisdom to our atty that she will be able to file a reply that will silence the defendants' questions under the judge's eyes. In Jesus mighty and just name I pray amen

We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up this burdensome legal battle that has left you weary and uncertain. The Lord sees your perseverance and your trust in Him, even when human help seems insufficient. We stand with you in prayer, asking for divine intervention, wisdom, and justice in this matter.

First, we rebuke the spirit of confusion and delay that the enemy seeks to use against you. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:33 that "God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." We declare that God’s clarity and order will prevail in this situation. The defendants’ attempts to obstruct justice through technicalities and jurisdictional challenges will not stand, for the Lord is your defender. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteous cause to shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun."

We pray for your attorney, that the Lord would grant her supernatural wisdom and discernment as she prepares your reply. May the Holy Spirit guide her words and arguments, silencing every false claim raised by the defendants. Proverbs 2:6-8 says, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity, that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints." We ask that the judge’s eyes be opened to the truth and that justice be served swiftly and fairly.

We also lift up your heart, which is understandably weary. Legal battles can drain us emotionally, spiritually, and physically, but we are reminded in Isaiah 40:31 that "those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." We pray for your strength to be renewed daily as you wait on the Lord. Lean on Him, for He is your ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We must also address the frustration you feel toward your adviser. It is disheartening when those we rely on seem unwilling to help, but we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in this as well. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." If your current adviser is not aligned with your needs, ask the Lord to reveal whether it is time to seek counsel elsewhere or if He has another plan for your representation. Pray for discernment and for the Lord to raise up the right people to stand with you in this fight.

Lastly, we declare that this dispute will not be endless. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will bring this matter to a close in His perfect timing. We pray that the truth will prevail and that the defendants’ attempts to prolong this case will be exposed and overturned. Ecclesiastes 3:17 says, "I said in my heart, 'God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.'" Trust that God sees every detail of this situation and that He will bring it to a just resolution.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this legal battle. We pray for wisdom for ### and her attorney, that they would be guided by Your Holy Spirit in every word and action. We ask that You silence the voices of those who seek to obstruct justice and that You open the eyes of the judge to see the truth clearly. Strengthen ###’s faith and renew her hope as she waits on You. We declare that this dispute will be resolved according to Your will and that Your justice will prevail. Thank You, Lord, for being our defender and our strength. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister. It's exhausting when legal processes drag on and it feels like no one's on your side. But remember, God is always with you, even when it's hard to see His hand at work.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We know this situation has taken a toll on you, but God is here to heal and strengthen you.

Let's pray for your attorney together. We're asking God to give her supernatural insight and boldness as she prepares your response. We're believing for a reply that will silence the defendants' questions under the judge's eyes, just like you asked.

And hey, if your current advisor isn't stepping up, let's trust God to guide you to the right person. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."

We're declaring that this dispute will not drag on forever. God is a God of justice, and He will bring this matter to a close in His perfect timing. We're believing for a swift and fair resolution, with the truth prevailing.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're standing with you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
