Disciple of Prayer
I got syphilis and I believe it's possible to be completely healed from it and I want to be. Thank you for praying for me. I agree with you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen. And I curse ulcerative colitis, I command it to leave my body and I speak a brand new colon into my body in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. 😅🤣😂

We stand with you in faith, believing in the power of Jesus Christ to bring complete healing to your body. The scriptures declare in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We join our faith with yours, trusting that God hears our prayers and will restore your health according to His will.

First, we must address the root of this illness with repentance and truth. Syphilis is a consequence of sexual sin, specifically, fornication or adultery, as the Bible clearly warns in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20: "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We do not say this to condemn you, for there is no condemnation in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but to lead you into the fullness of healing, spirit, soul, and body.

We rebuke the spirit of sexual immorality that may have opened the door to this disease, and we pray that you would walk in purity and holiness from this day forward. If there are any unconfessed sins or relationships that do not align with God’s design for marriage between one man and one woman, we encourage you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." Confession brings freedom, and freedom brings healing.

Now, we pray with authority in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the same name you have invoked, for your complete healing. We command every trace of syphilis to leave your body, your nervous system, your blood, your organs, and we declare that your body is restored to perfect health. We speak life over your colon, declaring that it is made new, whole, and free from ulcerative colitis. Jesus said in Mark 11:23-24, "For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he shall have whatever he says. Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." We believe with you that you have received your healing, and we stand in faith until it manifests.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment as you seek medical treatment. While we believe in divine healing, we also recognize that God often works through doctors, medicine, and natural means. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Submit your treatment plan to the Lord, and ask Him to guide the hands of your physicians.

Finally, we encourage you to build a lifestyle of worship, prayer, and study of God’s Word. Psalm 103:2-3 says, "Praise the Lord, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Your healing is not just physical, it is spiritual. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Surround yourself with believers who will pray with you, encourage you, and hold you accountable in your walk with Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician. We thank You that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We declare that ### is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse of sickness, disease, and infirmity over their life, and we release Your healing power to flow through every cell, tissue, and organ of their body. We command syphilis to leave now, and we speak a brand-new colon into existence, free from ulcerative colitis.

Lord, we ask that You would fill ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, and help them to walk in holiness and purity. Restore what has been broken, and lead them into a deeper relationship with You. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we declare that ### is healed, whole, and free in Jesus’ name. Amen.

We're standing with you as you press into Jesus for healing. Your faith in His power is clear, and it moves us to join you in bold, confident prayer. We hear your declaration over ulcerative colitis, speaking to your body with the authority Christ gives His people, and we agree with your heart's cry for complete restoration.

As we pray, we also want to gently acknowledge something we couldn't help but notice. Sometimes sickness enters our bodies through choices we've made or paths we've walked, and part of walking in full healing is receiving the complete forgiveness Christ already offers, letting Him cleanse not just the physical effects but every layer of guilt, shame, or regret tied to how we got here. We say this not to weigh you down, but because we believe Jesus wants you walking in utter freedom, with nothing hindering your faith. He doesn't just patch us up; He makes us whole.

With neurological concerns and a condition like ulcerative colitis, it's also wise to partner with good medical care alongside our prayers. A doctor can monitor your symptoms, offer treatments that support your body while you contend for healing, and help track the progress we're believing for. That's not a lack of faith, it's stewarding the body God gave you while trusting Him for the outcome.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our friend to You right now. You see the toll this has taken on their body and their mind. We ask You to touch every nerve, every cell of their brain and colon, and bring healing that only You can. Silence the voice of the accuser and let them rest in Your complete forgiveness. Give them wisdom about medical care, and surround them with people who will fight with them in prayer. We trust You with their whole story. In Jesus' name.

The stripes of Jesus do heal men, they have healed many of us. It does not look as if it could effect so great a cure, but the fact is undeniable. There is, then, an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things, as it were, about Christ, are full of healing virtue.

Look not to Moses to bring you into Canaan, that can only be done by Joshua Jesus. Keep to "the hearing of faith." Take with you words, and come, by faith, to Jesus, and say, "Heal me, Master; hear my cry; save me, heal me with a word." By faith we can be restored, but never by doubting and despairing. We can only come to Christ by faith at first, and we can only return to Him in the same way! The least faith in Jesus is the gift of God and it is like precious faith, though it is not like strong faith. If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you can do wonders.

But mark this: great faith takes Jesus only as her basis, but little faith tries to add thereto. Weak faith tries to make up for lack of confidence in the Lord Jesus Christ with an indistinct confidence in her own words, or commands, or something else. The healing is in the stripes of Jesus, not in the loudness of our cry. These stripes, when applied to the heart, work repentance in us, we hate sin because it made Jesus suffer. Faith begins and ends with Jesus; it is simple reliance on Him which saves.

You speak of commanding the disease to leave. Little faith obeys the precept and will not go a step without it. Peter cried, "If it is You, bid me come unto You on the water." And when Jesus said, "Come," then Peter walked. Our power is not in our own voice, but in the voice of our Master. Still, the Lord is gracious to the weakest faith that looks to Him. Put forth your finger, and touch the hem of Jesus' garment now. Lift your eyes, look to Christ on the Cross. When Jesus is received by faith, He lifts all our sorrow from us in a moment. One promise applied by His Spirit, one drop of His blood brought home to the conscience, and at once there is such a peace so deep and profound that nothing can rival it.

Pardon and healing are one. The sinner that comes to Jesus shall find no stint in His healing power. Though the sick soul is full of leprosy, the Savior is full of grace. Calvary is the place for the healing balm. Waste no time; hasten to Him. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Spread this truth, and let your own soul rest in it: none but Jesus, none but Jesus, can do helpless sinners good.

Heavenly Father, we bring Your child before You, asking for **complete healing** from syphilis and ulcerative colitis. We stand on Your promise that *"by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5).

We speak life over their body and declare that **no disease has the final word**. *"I am the Lord who heals you"* (Exodus 15:26).

We command every spirit of sickness to leave and ask for **restoration**—a renewed body, a sound mind, and a spirit filled with Your peace. *"He sent out His word and healed them"* (Psalm 107:20).

Strengthen their faith and grant them patience as they walk this journey. *"The prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well"* (James 5:15).

We agree together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your body cries out under the weight of its afflictions, and you call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for deliverance. That is good, for He alone is the true Physician. But consider carefully: you command diseases to leave as if you possessed authority over them. Yet even the apostle who had the gift of healings did not boast as though the power were his own. The gifts of God are distributed as He wills; He gives to one healing, to another teaching. And what is greater? Teaching, says the apostle, for it builds up souls for eternity. Far too many seek only the body’s relief and neglect the soul’s disease. You speak of syphilis and ulcerative colitis. Where did these come from? I do not say to shame you, but to lead you to the root. The body often suffers what the soul has first welcomed. If you curse the sickness without examining the sin that may have invited it, you act like a man who chases away the dogs but leaves the gate wide open for them to return.

I do not forbid you to pray for healing. God forbid. Implore Him day and night, with tears and fasting, and believe that He is able to make you whole. But do not imagine that you can command Him as though you were giving orders to a servant. That is not faith but presumption. The blind man in the Gospel did not shout, “I command sight to enter my eyes.” He cried out repeatedly, “Son of David, have mercy on me,” until the Lord turned and healed him. Learn from him. Let your prayer be the prayer of the publican, not the Pharisee. Say with all humility, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” He often delays healing that we might be cured of something far more dangerous. How many have received bodily restoration but lost their souls through pride and forgetfulness of God? And how many, lying long in sickness, have found through it the medicine of eternal life?

In my own day I have seen men hear ten sermons and remain hard-hearted, yet at the eleventh they broke down and bore fruit. So it is with sickness. The very affliction that torments you now may be the stroke that finally fells the deeply rooted tree of sin. Do not despise that work. Welcome whatever brings you low before the true Judge, for He wounds only to heal completely. Seek first the cleansing of your inward parts. A brand new colon you request, but what you need still more is a brand new heart, one that loves holiness and turns utterly from the lusts that decay the flesh. The Law itself required careful examination before judgment; do not pronounce upon your body what you have not first examined in your conscience.

Therefore, cease commanding diseases and begin confessing sins. Weep not only for the pain in your nerves but for the wounds in your soul. Use this trial as a furnace to purify your desires. And while you ask the Lord for physical restoration, ask Him far more earnestly for that love which Paul declares greater than all gifts. If you gain health but lack charity, you have gained nothing. If you remain afflicted but are taught by patience to love God and neighbor perfectly, you have gained everything. The martyrs endured far worse without a word of command, only entrusting themselves to Him who judges justly. Follow their example. Then, whether He heals you in this life or not, you will stand before Him whole, clothed not with a new colon but with the very life of Christ.
