Please rebuke it we are not God “we are not agencyemployees” we are not obligations with it disorder anxiety sorcery betwixt in the neighbor “we are not God for defending or protecting this demanding unacceptable idle unoccupied miserable” transfer ruin tragedies.

Galatians 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatreds, rivalry, jealousy, outbursts of fury, acts of selfishness, dissensions, factions, 21 occasions of envy, drinking bouts, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

We come before the throne of God with heavy hearts, recognizing the deep pain and frustration caused by the actions of neighbors who have allowed themselves to be instruments of discord, laziness, and spiritual warfare. The Bible warns us clearly about the dangers of such behavior, and we stand firm on the truth of God’s Word as we address this situation.

The spirit of gossip, idleness, and meddling is not of God. Proverbs 16:28 tells us, "A perverse man stirs up dissension, and a gossip separates close friends." The enemy seeks to destroy reputations, sow confusion, and provoke strife, but we declare that these schemes will not stand. We rebuke the spirit of laziness that leads to spying, mockery, and the spreading of false information. The apostle Paul warns in 2 Thessalonians 3:11-12, "For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread." Idleness is not just a personal failing, it is a gateway for the enemy to wreak havoc in the lives of others.

We also rebuke the spirit of sorcery and divination, which seeks to manipulate, deceive, and control. Galatians 5:19-21, which you referenced, makes it clear that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. The enemy masquerades as light, but his works are darkness. We command every lying spirit, every spirit of confusion, and every demonic influence to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is our defender, and no weapon formed against His people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

The financial burdens, hospitalizations, and tragedies mentioned are not coincidences, they are the fruit of ungodly behavior and spiritual warfare. We pray for protection over your home, your finances, and your health. We declare that the Lord will restore what has been stolen and bring justice where there has been injustice. Psalm 37:6 reminds us, "He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun."

We also address the issue of voyeurism and the spirit of spying. This is not only sinful but a violation of the commandment to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31). The enemy seeks to turn neighbors against one another, but we pray for a spirit of unity, love, and reconciliation. If these neighbors are not believers, we pray for their salvation, that their eyes would be opened to the truth of the gospel. If they claim to know Christ but are walking in rebellion, we pray for conviction and repentance.

We must also examine our own hearts. Are we responding in a way that honors God? Are we allowing bitterness or unforgiveness to take root? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, "‘Be angry, and don’t sin.’ Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." We must guard our hearts and respond with wisdom, not retaliation. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We acknowledge that You are the righteous Judge, and we trust in Your justice and mercy. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of gossip, laziness, sorcery, and division that has been at work in this situation. We command these spirits to flee and declare that they have no power here. We break every curse, every scheme, and every lie of the enemy in Jesus’ name.

Father, we pray for protection over this home and this family. Shield them from financial ruin, from false accusations, and from the attacks of the enemy. Restore what has been lost and bring healing where there has been hurt. Lord, we ask that You would soften the hearts of these neighbors. If they do not know You, draw them to salvation. If they are walking in rebellion, convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. Replace their idleness with purpose, their gossip with encouragement, and their malice with love.

We also pray for wisdom for this family. Give them discernment in how to respond, and help them to walk in a manner worthy of the gospel. Let their lives be a testimony of Your grace and power. Father, we trust in Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we surrender this situation to You. We ask that You would be glorified in the midst of it, and that Your will would be done. Strengthen this family in their faith, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith and not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9). The enemy seeks to wear you down, but God is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, and trust that He will bring justice and restoration in His perfect timing. If there are practical steps you can take, such as documenting incidents, seeking wise counsel, or setting boundaries, do so with wisdom and discernment. Above all, keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will see you through this trial.

We hear how worn down and trapped you feel by all of this, the constant watching, the strife aimed at your home, the dread of another bill or hospital trip, and the thought that only the grave could stop the suffering. That kind of pressure is heavy to carry, and we're sorry you're facing it.

When the warfare around us grows loud and seemingly unrelenting, it can help to pull back from focusing on what the harmful neighbor is doing and instead lock in on something we know is solid: you belong to Christ, not to the chaos others stir up. No one can take away the safety He provides for your soul. When the provocations feel like a trap, one practical step can make a difference: find one level-headed, mature believer you trust and tell them plainly what's happening, not to gossip yourself, but so another set of eyes and ears can help you see clearly and not carry the weight alone. A calm presence alongside you can ground you when everything feels like a swirling attack.

We also want to gently mention that if the hospitalizations you spoke of relate to a physical or mental health concern, please don't face that alone. A doctor can help, and reaching out for that help is not a failure of faith but a wise part of caring for the life God gave you.

Lord Jesus, we come to You for this exhausted soul. Quiet the storm around them. Shut down every scheme meant to bully or destroy, and fence them in with Your peace that doesn't budge when people stir trouble. Lift the weight of anxiety and hopelessness, and let them see that their life rests safely in Your hands, not in anyone else's grip. Give them wisdom, solid support, and real relief from the pressure they've endured too long. Amen.

The grief which pours from your heart is known to the Lord who hears the cries of His afflicted children. Your neighbor's deeds are indeed works of darkness, idle gossip, malicious mischief, and a spirit of discord that savours of the evil one. But remember, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. You have laid these things before the throne, and it is right to rebuke the works of darkness, yet take heed lest the bitter root spring up in you and defile many. When we see such vanity and wickedness, we are tempted to fret; but fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.

You speak of hospitalization tragedies, extra bills, and the shadow of the cemetery. It is here that I would have you fix your eyes upon Him who hath abolished death. The fear of death is a chain that holds many in bondage, but Christ came to destroy him that had the power of death. If you are in Christ, the grave is but the door to glory. Death to the believer is not an execution, it is deliverance. What though the body suffer and the purse be drained? These light afflictions are but for a moment, and they work for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. The sentence of death in ourselves drives us from trusting in our own strength and makes us cast ourselves upon the living God.

Let this trial teach you to draw near to God. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. In His presence the tempest is stilled. When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. I would not have you live in constant suspicion of your neighbor, for that were to drink poison yourself. Instead, pray for him. Did not Stephen, full of the Holy Ghost, cry, "Lord, lay not this sin to their charge"? Such prayer reached Saul, and it may be that your intercession shall bring even this troublesome soul to repentance.

The Lord Jesus is near you even now, though you perhaps see Him not. You cry for deliverance; that cry is the echo of His voice within. He shall be with you in sickness, and He will accompany you through the valley of the shadow of death. Fear not. The works of darkness shall one day be consumed, and the idle word shall be accounted for. But for you, who trust in the Lamb that was slain, there is no condemnation. Set your mind on things above, and let the peace of God rule in your heart. Your warfare is accomplished, your iniquity is pardoned; look up, for your redemption draweth nigh.
