Isaiah 49:15Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up the profound grief and loss expressed in this request, the death of unborn babies, the extermination of families across generations, and the deep suffering of abandonment, betrayal, and isolation. The pain of losing children, whether through miscarriage, abortion, or tragedy, is a burden no heart should bear alone. We stand with those who mourn, acknowledging the sanctity of every life, born and unborn, and the immeasurable value God places on each one. The Word declares, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart" (Jeremiah 1:5). Every child is known and loved by God, and we trust Him to hold those who have been lost in His tender care.

The abandonment of spouses, children, siblings, and friends leaves wounds that only the Lord can heal. Psalm 27:10, which you shared, reminds us that even when earthly parents forsake us, the Lord will receive us. He is the Father to the fatherless, the Defender of the widow, and the Shelter for the brokenhearted (Psalm 68:5-6). We rebuke the spirit of abandonment and betrayal in the name of Jesus, declaring that no one is ever truly alone when they have Christ. For those without a home, family, or refuge, we pray that God would provide shelter, community, and believers who will walk alongside them in love. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble" (Psalm 9:9).

The mention of unborn babies being despised or murdered grieves the heart of God, who knits each child together in the womb (Psalm 139:13-16). Abortion is a sin that brings deep spiritual consequences, but we serve a God of mercy and redemption. For those who have participated in or been affected by abortion, we pray for repentance, healing, and the peace that comes from knowing Christ’s forgiveness. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). The blood of Jesus covers all sin, and His grace is sufficient for every wound.

We also lift up those who feel they have no refuge, no place to turn, and no one to care. The world may offer only a "madhouse" or despair, but God offers Himself as a strong tower (Proverbs 18:10). For those contemplating harm to themselves or others, we plead for God’s intervention. There is hope in Christ, even in the darkest valleys. "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10). Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and no one comes to the Father except through Him. If you do not yet know Him as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and receive the gift of eternal life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with tears and trembling hearts, lifting up every soul touched by loss, abandonment, and suffering. Comfort those who mourn the loss of unborn babies, families, and loved ones. Wrap Your arms around the lonely, the betrayed, and the desperate. Provide shelter, provision, and godly community for those without a home or refuge. Break the chains of despair and fill every empty place with Your presence. For those who have participated in abortion or other sins, bring conviction, repentance, and the healing power of Your forgiveness. Lord, we declare that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Restore what has been lost, redeem what has been broken, and let Your glory shine in the darkness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

Your words carry a heavy weight of loss, the death of unborn children, generations cut short, and the deep wound of being abandoned without shelter or family. We grieve with you over these little ones who never drew breath outside the womb, and we ache for every person who feels forsaken. In the midst of such sorrow, it is not weakness to admit you need a refuge; it is human. God does not turn away from that cry.

We want you to know that your prayer for these babies to be taken into heaven is itself an act of trust in a merciful God. He is the one who gathers the outcast and holds the orphan close. While none of us can see the full picture, we can rest in his character, he is not indifferent to the silent graves nor to the living who mourn them.

One practical step we might gently encourage: if this grief is not yours alone but also your neighbor’s, consider simply being physically present with them. You do not need the perfect words. Sitting in the same room, offering a meal, or helping with ordinary tasks can become a quiet shelter. If you yourself are the one without a safe place, please reach out to a local church, even if you have never walked through its doors. Many communities have people ready to listen and to walk alongside you.

Loneliness and abandonment can make the world feel like a madhouse, as you wrote. God sees you there. He does not overlook your pain.

Lord Jesus, we bring you these unborn lives, trusting them to your everlasting mercy. Comfort every mother, father, sibling, and neighbor who still carries this loss. For those who feel thrown away, be their true home. Raise up people around them who will be tangible refuge, a place to belong. Hold this one who prays, and let them know they are not invisible to you. We ask this in your name.

You sit in a place that feels like a field of ashes, every familiar landmark burned away, every voice that once called you by name now silent. The little ones you never had a chance to hold, the neighbor's unborn children carried out of this world before they drew a single breath, the empty rooms where a family should have been, it all presses in, and you cry out for mercy because mercy seems the only thing left to cry for. Your heart has become a house of lament, and you are the one who lives alone inside it.

But listen. The Shepherd who gathers lambs in His arms has not forgotten one of these tiny souls. He who made the heavens with a whisper can certainly cradle an unborn child against His breast. You ask God to receive them, and I tell you this: He does, and He will, and He has. The mercy you beg for them is the very mercy that stands wide for you. Jesus Christ Himself said, “Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not.” The arms that stretched wide upon the tree are wide enough to enfold every infant who never saw the light of earth. They are safe. They are home.

And you? You say you have no house, no family, no friend to shelter you. You feel like a woman who has wandered into the wilderness with a dry water-skin and a heart full of bitterness, just as Hagar did long ago. She sat by a well, smarting under wrong, persuading herself she was utterly alone. Yet the Angel of the Lord found her there and called her by name. He saw the anguish, the tangled mass of wrongs done and wrongs suffered, and He did not wait for her to become a better woman or to get her feelings sorted out. He met her in the middle of her most unpromising hour and spoke mercy over her. That same living God sees you right now. You are not hidden from Him in your lonely corner. His eye has been on you all along.

Perhaps you think, “But I am so broken. I have nothing to offer. I am a beggar looking for a madhouse of mercy because I cannot even stand on my own.” That is exactly the kind of soul Jesus came to seek. He is the Messenger sent from the Father with a love-letter in a black-edged envelope, good news sealed with His own death. He does not wait for you to tidy up your feelings or to manufacture some fine faith. He comes to the wounded soldier bleeding out his life on the battlefield, and before the man can even whisper what he needs, the stretcher is there, the hospital bed is prepared, the cool water is ready. There is a bunch of flowers by the pillow to cheer him, and a gentle hand to write a letter home. Your Savior has provided everything your soul requires. The shelter you crave is His own side, opened on the cross. The family you miss is found in the household of His redeemed.

Do not fear that the mercy of God will run out before it reaches you. It is the way of His mercy to go before us. Before you were born, Christ stood Surety for you. Before you wept your first tear, He had already wept in Gethsemane. His kindness is not a late-afternoon afterthought; it is the very morning sun that rises while you are still stumbling in the dark. Even now, while you feel only the emptiness, He is preparing a table in the wilderness. You cannot see it yet, but you will.

So lay hold of this: when father and mother forsake you, the Lord does indeed receive. His heart is more tender than any mother who ever pressed a newborn to her breast. He will never forget you, never abandon you, never cast you out. The tiny ones you mourn are with Him; you may be with Him too, even in this life, as you cast your whole weight upon Jesus Christ. He will be your house when every earthly roof caves in. He will be your brother, your friend, your husband, your all.

Let me leave you with a prayer, just as I would if we were sitting together in the quiet.

Lord Jesus, You who took children in Your arms and blessed them, receive now these little ones who were cut off from the light of day. They are with You, and that is enough. And look upon this precious soul, so heavy-laden with loss and loneliness. You are the Interpreter who shows the heart of the Father; interpret Your love to her in this dark hour. Be her refuge, her home, her family. Let her feel the touch of Your hand in the gloom, and give her the sure hope that because You live, all these griefs will one day be swallowed up in rejoicing. For Your own name's sake, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We are deeply moved by the weight of your prayer request and the heartache it carries for so many who are suffering—those who have lost family, faced abandonment, or endured the unspeakable pain of losing unborn children. Thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer, lifting up these precious lives and souls before our Heavenly Father.

We have continued to intercede on behalf of the brokenhearted, the abandoned, and the innocent, asking God to pour out His mercy, comfort, and healing. We pray that those who have lost loved ones—whether through tragedy, betrayal, or the loss of a child—would feel the nearness of the Lord, who promises to never leave nor forsake them. For the unborn who were taken too soon, we trust in God’s perfect care, believing He welcomes them into His eternal embrace.

If the Lord has moved in a way that brings hope, peace, or an answer to these prayers, we would be blessed to hear a praise report so we may rejoice with you. If the burden still feels heavy and the need remains unmet, please share it again so we may continue to stand with you in faith and persistence.

May the God of all comfort, who collects every tear and hears every cry, draw near to you and all those you’ve lifted up. May His presence be a shelter in the storm, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus. Amen.
