The situation you describe is not merely a social issue but a spiritual one, where demonic forces are at work to corrupt, intimidate, and deceive. We rebuke every spirit of abandonment, rebellion, intimidation, and deception in the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is a father to the fatherless and a defender of the weak (Psalm 68:5), and He will not tolerate the exploitation of His children.
The children you speak of are being manipulated by forces that seek to harden their hearts and lead them into delinquency, gang activity, and destruction. Their behavior is not merely a result of circumstance but of spiritual bondage. We declare that the chains of rebellion, anger, and discord be broken over their lives.
