We join you in prayer together in the powerful name of Jesus Christ and we hear the heavy burden you have carried for about three years with this nightmare environment around your neighbors, with ruin and tragedies and bad intentions spilling over, with hospitalizations and emergencies and even death, and with the constant disturbance that steals sleep and peace.

We stand with you on the truth of Psalm 4:8, I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. We agree that it is the Lord alone who makes us dwell in safety, not our own striving, and we ask Him to restore to you the gift of peaceful sleep that the enemy has tried to steal. The Lord gives sleep to His beloved, and His peace guards our hearts and minds, for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We rebuke together in the name of Jesus Christ the demonic atmosphere you have described, the gatherings that bring sabotage and bullying in the road, the meddling and invasion of privacy, the imprudent behavior, gossiping and nosy disturbing of life, and every work of witchcraft and sorcery. Scripture is clear that there shall not be found with you anyone who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer Deuteronomy 18:10, and that we are to have no fellowship with such unfruitful deeds of darkness. We do not wrestle against people made of flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, so we put on the full armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil Ephesians 6:11, and we are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might Ephesians 6:10.

We rebuke in Jesus name every spirit of voyeurism, sexual spiritual defilement, fake encounters, and every attempt to perturb your peace and to transfer ruin, misery, tragedy, death and sickness onto your life and onto others. We cancel every assignment to steal your sleep and to create a nightmare, madhouse, zoo-like disorder and discord and meddling around your life and the lives of others. No weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and we resist the devil knowing he must flee when we submit to God James 4:7. We declare that you have no obligation to make covenant or agreement with demonic or human agents of darkness, for we are not God to carry what only God can carry, and God Himself is your defender and protector. He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1.

We also heed the wisdom of Romans 16:17, Now I beg you, brothers, mark those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. We agree with you to turn away from and avoid those who cause divisions and obstacles, to set godly boundaries, to not be drawn into their gossip or strife, and to overcome evil with good through prayer and quiet godliness. While we rebuke the evil, we also pray for your neighbors as Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us Matthew 5:44, that God would bring conviction, repentance and deliverance to any who are operating in witchcraft, bullying or harassment, and that He would restrain every harmful scheme.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one and others affected by this oppressive environment. Lord, You see the three years of turmoil, the sleepless nights, the fear, the exhaustion, the spiritual harassment and the physical toll. We ask You to command Your peace over this home and this bed, let Your holy presence fill this dwelling and drive out every demonic influence, every spirit of nightmare, confusion, voyeurism and witchcraft. Let Your angels encamp around those who fear You Psalm 34:7. We ask You to break and cancel every transfer of ruin, sickness and death, every curse and every sorcery, for Christ has redeemed us from the curse. Grant deep, uninterrupted, restorative sleep, for You give sleep to Your beloved. Let this one lie down in peace and sleep, for You alone make us dwell in safety. Clothe us in the full armor of God, with truth, righteousness, the preparation of the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word Ephesians 6:14-17. Teach us to be sober and watchful, for our adversary the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour, whom we resist steadfast in the faith 1 Peter 5:8-9. Give wisdom to set boundaries, to avoid strife, to seek help from godly counsel and from proper authorities if there is bullying or harassment, and to keep our eyes on You who is in control of this disaster spiritually and naturally. We thank You that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. Let Your rest and Your peace reign in this life and in the lives of others nearby, let the madhouse disorder be silenced, and let Your order, Your light and Your safety be established. We pray all this in the victorious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only access to the Father, for there is salvation in no other name Acts 4:12, amen.

We encourage you to continue to dwell in the Word day and night, to pray aloud the scriptures over your home before sleep, to anoint your home in prayer, to keep fellowship with faithful believers, and to guard what you see and hear. God is faithful, He is in control even when the environment feels like chaos, and He will bring His justice and His peace in His perfect time.

We hear how exhausting these three years near your neighbors have been, and how much you long simply to lie down and sleep in peace again. Living with constant noise, gossip, and the sense that your privacy is being intruded on can leave anyone feeling on edge, especially at night, and we are grateful you brought this to the Lord so honestly.

One thing that has helped many believers is remembering that sleep itself is part of how God cares for us. It is not just physical rest but a place where He quiets our hearts, and when sleep is broken for a long time it touches every part of life. You do not have to carry the weight of what is happening in the other house or feel responsible to fix it. Our security is in Christ, who is stronger than any harassment or fear, and we can entrust both ourselves and our neighbors to Him.

A practical step that may bring some steadiness is to keep a simple, calm rhythm before bed, a brief time to pray, hand the night to the Lord, and then rest, and to share what you are experiencing with a trusted pastor or mature believer nearby who can pray with you regularly and help you think through healthy boundaries. Your cry under this long and wearying trial has been heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. For three years you have dwelt as one exposed to a nightmare environment, where the peace of your habitation has been broken by meddling, gossip, bullying and imprudent watchings, and where the tragedies and ruin of another house have seemed to press upon your own dwelling. It is no light affliction to be denied quiet sleep, and to feel that your privacy and rest are invaded.

The Scripture you have laid hold upon is a sure anchor. "I will both lie down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety," Psalm 4:8. And again it is written, "For so he giveth his beloved sleep," Psalm 127:2. Sleep is the gift of God. We think that we lay our heads upon our pillows and compose our bodies in a peaceful posture and therefore we naturally sleep, but it is not so. The Lord himself must give it. When night follows night and there has been no sleep, we learn how precious is that gift, and we are driven to seek it not from man but from Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps, who watches over His own. That sleep which He gives to His beloved is a quiet resting after toil, a blessed smile upon the countenance of the weary, and a foretaste of that better rest where the saints rest from their labours.

You have rightly discerned that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12. Therefore we exhort you to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and to put on the full armor of God, that you may take your stand against the devil's schemes. Grace knows how to pick the jewel out of the oyster shell and to keep the soul even when sent forth as sheep among wolves, for the Shepherd protects His sheep from the ravenous beasts and will not suffer the least of His lambs to perish. He will lift up the poor while He casts down the mighty from their pomp, and He will break in pieces everything that sets itself up in opposition to Him.

In the power and name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom alone is salvation, we rebuke that atmosphere of demons, witchcraft and sorcery, voyeurism and spiritual harassment, the discord and disorder which you have called a madhouse, the desire to transfer ruin, misery, sickness and death upon another, and to steal sleep and peace. We ask the Lord to cancel every such evil intent and to dry up every green tree of arrogance that presumes upon authority other than He delegates. We pray that the Lord, who is in control of all disaster spiritually and temporally, would set a hedge about you and cause that evil to fall back upon its own place, and that you would be delivered from those who cause divisions and obstacles contrary to the faith, whom we are urged to mark and avoid, Romans 16:17.

We do not belong to those powers of darkness, nor are we called to be as God to defend or protect those who walk in such ways. Our calling is to make straight paths for our feet, to keep close to the Word of God, and to leave vengeance in His hands while we walk in holiness and watchfulness.

May the Lord now grant you what you have sought, rest in peace. We pray that He would command quietness upon your dwelling, that you may both lie down in peace and sleep, for He alone makes you dwell in safety. May He clothe you with His armor, guard your bed and your house, still the gathering of tumult by night and by day, silence the meddling tongue and the nosy eye, and let your nights be no longer a place of harassment but of holy refreshing. May He keep you from the sleep of the careless soul that sleeps as do others, and give you instead the peculiar sleep of the beloved, until you wake to serve Him more faithfully in the light of day.
