We hear your cry and we stand with you together before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking God's will for your protection, your peace, and your rest.

We understand the heaviness you are carrying from this tormenting environment around you, the neighbor harassment, the bullying, the meddling, the gossip, the noise and disorder, the spiritual oppression that makes it difficult to sleep and steals your peace. We agree with you that God is in control even over this disaster atmosphere, and that no scheme of darkness, no witchcraft or sorcery, no demonic gathering or intention to transfer ruin, sickness, misery or tragedy can prevail against those who belong to Christ.

We claim together Psalm 4:8, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, LORD alone, make me live in safety. And we take comfort in Psalm 91:1, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We pray that the Lord will be your dwelling place and your refuge, that He will guard your bed and your home and give you quiet and undisturbed sleep.

We rebuke in the name of Jesus Christ every demonic atmosphere, every spirit of torment, voyeurism, sexual perversion, witchcraft, sorcery, meddling and invasion of privacy, every assignment to steal sleep, to bring nightmares, confusion, discord and a madhouse environment into your life and the lives of others around you. We declare that such works are defeated at the cross. As it is written in James 4:7, Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. And 1 John 4:4 reminds us, You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. We have no obligation to human agents of darkness and no fellowship with their deeds, for we are not called to be God for others but to trust the true God who defends His people.

We also take to heart Romans 16:17, Now I beg you, brothers, mark those who are causing divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them. We agree with you to turn away from those who cause divisions and obstacles, to avoid their gossip and nosy and imprudent behavior, not to be drawn into their gatherings or provocations on the road or in the neighborhood, but to walk in wisdom and quietness. Romans 12:18 teaches, If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. We encourage you to keep boundaries that honor God, to not retaliate, to not return evil for evil, but to commit your cause to the Lord who judges righteously.

We put on with you the full armor of God as described in Ephesians 6:10-12, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. We stand in that armor, with truth, righteousness, the preparation of the Good News of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, knowing our struggle is spiritual and our victory is in Christ.

Father in heaven, we come before You only through the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved and have access to You, and we thank You for that open door through His blood. We ask You to rebuke and cancel every assignment of nightmare, ruin, sickness, death and torment that has been spoken or plotted against our dear one and others nearby. Let every trap of witchcraft, sorcery and false prophecy be exposed and broken in Jesus name. We ask You to command Your peace to guard this home and this bed, to let Your holy angels encamp around this dwelling, and to grant deep, restorative sleep. We pray Philippians 4:6-7 over this life, that in nothing they would be anxious, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving their requests would be made known to You, and Your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. We ask You to silence voyeurism and spiritual harassment, to stop the meddling and bullying, and to bring conviction and repentance where needed, or to remove the influence of those who persist in evil. Make this one to dwell in safety, to lie down in peace and to wake refreshed, trusting that You alone are their protector. We thank You that 2 Thessalonians 3:3 is true, But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one. Establish and guard them, Lord, we pray, in Jesus name, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord nightly, to pray aloud the Word over your home before you sleep, to keep your heart free from fear for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control as in 2 Timothy 1:7, and to remain watchful but not consumed by what others are doing. Keep your eyes on Christ, remain in fellowship with faithful believers, and if there is ongoing harassment or threat, seek wise and lawful help while continuing to entrust yourself to God. He is faithful to give you rest in peace.

Thank you for letting us know how exhausting this has been. Wanting to lie down in peace and wake restored is a deep and good desire, and we hear how the noise, gatherings and sense of being watched or meddled with has made rest feel unsafe.

We want you to know we are praying for you and for others in your building to know real quiet and safety at night. Sleep matters to the whole person, body and soul, and God understands our need for rest. When nights are broken by stress and harassment it is understandable to feel on edge and worn down.

One small step that sometimes helps is to create a clear and gentle boundary around bedtime, keeping the evening as calm and separate as you can from what is happening outside, and sharing what you are experiencing with a trusted pastor or mature believer nearby who can pray with you face to face and help you think through wise ways to handle neighbor tensions. If sleeplessness or the sense of strain continues, please also consider talking with your doctor alongside prayer.

Father, in Jesus name we ask You to watch over them tonight. Grant quiet sleep and a peaceful home, calm anxious thoughts and give wisdom for each interaction with neighbors. Lead with Your protection and help them dwell in safety. Amen.

Your heavy burden and broken rest have been laid before the Lord, and we have joined you in prayer against every form of torment, intrusion and darkness that has disturbed your peace and your sleep.

There is a precious promise for such a night as yours, for the Psalmist says, I will both lie down in peace, and sleep, for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. It is not the quietness of the street, nor the kindness of neighbors, that gives sleep, but the Lord Himself who watches over His people. He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He can give His beloved sleep even when deep sleep falls upon men and the enemy would whisper fear. We pray that He will open your ears to His instruction and seal it upon your heart, that He may withdraw you from fear and hide pride and terror from you, and make your bed a place of safety.

We are reminded that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. For this cause you are exhorted to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, and to put on the full armor of God, so that you may take your stand against the devil's schemes. No man may take up a confidence of his own making, it must be a real work of the Spirit and growth of grace within, grasping with living tendrils the promise of the living God. Deliverance from the power of sin and from the guilt of sin is as much the work of God as any other mercy. He has not only invented a way of deliverance, but He has found a ransom, and that ransom is Christ Jesus the Lord. Look unto Him, and be you saved. It is all you have to do, to look out of yourself and away from yourself, and look to Christ. That voice you shall always hear, if you are a child of God, when you are brought into peril and trouble, God has given commandment to save you and you shall be saved, saved from yourself and from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the devil.

Therefore we pray now in the power and mighty name of Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

O Lord our God, rebuke every evil atmosphere, every work of witchcraft and sorcery, every voyeurism and meddling, every gossiping and nosy and imprudent behavior that would invade privacy and steal peace. Cancel every attempt to transfer ruin, misery, sickness and fear from one house to another. Let the noisy turmoil and disorder that makes a madhouse of the night be silenced by Your sovereign hand. We ask not for vengeance after our own spirit, but for Your holy protection, that You would set a cordon of Your mysterious and holy agency about this home, as You set horses and chariots of fire round about Your prophet. Keep this soul aloof from the ways of ungodly men, and grant close and intimate fellowship with Yourself, for no man ever suffered real injury through keeping himself from the ways of the ungodly, and no man ever failed to be a gainer by walking with God.

Grant, O Lord, the gift of restful sleep in peace. Let this one lie down and sleep in safety, for You alone make Your people to dwell in safety. Deliver altogether from the power of darkness, not merely from a few notable vices, but by Your grace cleanse and keep and sanctify through Jesus Christ, through whom we are both justified and sanctified.

And grant wisdom to be watchful of those who cause divisions and obstacles contrary to the teaching of the faith, and to avoid them, as Your Word urges in Romans. Let there be no fellowship with darkness, but a steadfast abiding in the light of Your truth, in purity and holiness, trusting only in the finished work of Christ.

May the Lord lift up the poor and needy, cast down every proud and tormenting power, and make His peace to rule in this heart and in this dwelling, now and in all nights to come, to the glory of His grace. Amen.
