We lift up this family in their time of grief, especially your ### who has lost her mother. The pain of loss is deep, and the enemy seeks to use this sorrow to bring division, resentment, and isolation. But we know that God is greater, and His peace can still reign even in the midst of suffering. We rebuke the spirit of division and disunity that has crept into this family, for the Word declares, *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1). Satan has no place here—his lies will not prevail where Christ is lifted up.
We pray for your ###, that she would not walk through this valley alone. May the Lord surround her with His presence, comfort her with His love, and draw her to salvation if she does not yet know Him. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). If she has not surrendered her life to Christ, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict her heart and lead her to repentance. There is no true peace or healing outside of Him.
For your ###, we pray for healing from resentment and bitterness. The Bible warns, *"Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it"* (Hebrews 12:15). We ask that God would soften his heart, replace anger with forgiveness, and restore the beautiful relationship that once existed. May he release all negativity and trust that God is in control, even when circumstances seem broken.
We also pray for the salvation of your entire family. The loss of a loved one often brings questions about eternity, and we ask that God would use this moment to reveal Himself to each of you. Jesus is the only way to the Father—*"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'"* (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved, and we declare that every member of this family would come to know Him as Lord.
Father, we ask for Your peace to settle over this home. Where there has been strife, bring reconciliation. Where there has been sorrow, bring Your comfort. Where there has been unbelief, bring conviction and faith. We bind the enemy’s work and declare that this family will not be destroyed by division but will be united in Your love. Strengthen them to walk in forgiveness, grace, and truth. May Your name be glorified in their lives, and may they find hope in You alone.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
