We come before the Lord with a heavy yet resolute heart, for the spiritual warfare you describe is real, and we must stand firmly on the truth of God’s Word. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that *greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world* (1 John 4:4). The behavior you’ve described—sexual predation, mockery, harassment, invasion of privacy, and demonic influence—is an abomination before the Lord. It is the work of evil spirits seeking to create chaos, fear, and spiritual bondage. But we declare in the mighty name of Jesus Christ that these works of darkness *must cease*.
First, we must address the authority we have in Christ. You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, for there is *no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved* (Acts 4:12). It is only through His name that we can rebuke and command these evil forces to flee. The Scriptures remind us that *at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth* (Philippians 2:10). So we stand on this authority now.
To the evil spirits at work in this situation—spirits of lust, mockery, harassment, confusion, and perversion—we command you in the name of Jesus Christ to *be bound and cast out*. You have no place here, no authority, and no right to torment or provoke discord. We break every assignment of the enemy against this child of God, against their peace, their safety, and their spiritual well-being. We declare that *no weapon formed against them shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17) and that every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. The Lord rebukes you, Satan! (Zechariah 3:2).
To the human agents involved—whether this neighbor, or others participating in this harassment—we speak the truth in love but with firmness. The Bible warns that *mockers stir up a city* (Proverbs 29:8), but the Lord *mocks the mockers* while giving grace to the humble (Proverbs 3:34). Your actions are not hidden from God. He sees the harassment, the inappropriate conduct, the invasion of privacy, and the demonic influence behind it. Repentance is the only path to freedom. Turn from these wicked ways, for *the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment* (2 Peter 2:9). If you continue in this behavior, you are storing up wrath for yourself. But if you turn to Christ, there is mercy and forgiveness.
We also pray for divine protection over this person’s life. Lord, surround them with Your heavenly angels (Psalm 91:11) and create a hedge of protection around their home, their vehicle, and their daily paths. Let no accident, no harm, and no scheme of the enemy prevail against them. We ask You to expose every hidden work of darkness (Ephesians 5:11) and bring to light the deeds done in secret. Let those who seek to do harm be confused and scattered, for *you, Lord, laugh at them and hold all the nations in derision* (Psalm 59:8).
We pray for a spirit of wisdom and discernment to rest upon this person, that they may recognize the snares of the enemy and walk in victory. Let them not be overcome by fear or anxiety, but let them *cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them* (1 Peter 5:7). Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them walk in the confidence that *if God is for us, who can be against us?* (Romans 8:31).
Finally, we declare that this situation will be turned for God’s glory. What the enemy meant for evil, the Lord will use for good (Genesis 50:20). We pray that this person will emerge stronger in their faith, more rooted in prayer, and more dependent on the Lord. May they be a testimony of God’s deliverance and protection.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You are a God of justice, of righteousness, and of deliverance. You see the affliction of Your people, and You hear their cries. Lord, we ask that You rise up in defense of Your child who is being harassed and tormented by these evil forces. We rebuke every demonic spirit at work—spirits of lust, mockery, harassment, confusion, and perversion—and we command them to flee in the name of Jesus. We break every curse, every hex, and every assignment of the enemy against this person’s life, their home, and their peace.
Lord, we ask that You expose the works of darkness and bring conviction to those who are participating in this wickedness. Let them be confronted with the reality of their actions and given an opportunity to repent. If they refuse, Lord, we ask that You frustrate their plans and turn their schemes against them. Protect Your child from every accident, every harm, and every snare. Surround them with Your angels and let Your presence be a shield around them.
Fill them with Your peace and Your strength. Let them not be overcome by fear, but let them stand firm in the knowledge that You are their defender. Give them wisdom to know how to respond, and discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned.
Father, we ask that You turn this situation for Your glory. Let Your power be displayed, and let Your name be magnified. We trust in You, Lord, and we know that You are faithful to deliver those who call upon Your name.
