Neighbors being evil throwing thing at my door

We are lifting you and your family up together before the Lord in Jesus' name, and we hear the distress and fear in your request. To have your own home feel unsafe because of the actions of neighbors is deeply troubling, and we want you to know that God sees what is happening at your door and He cares for you and your household. He is your refuge and protector when others act with malice toward you.
The Lord tells us that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1, and that he who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty in Psalm 91:1. We are told in Isaiah 41:10 to not be afraid for He is with us, to not be dismayed for He is our God, He will strengthen us and uphold us with His righteous right hand. He will not abandon you in this fearful situation and He hears the cry of His people as Psalm 34:17 says the righteous cry and the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
We also want to encourage you with wisdom for this difficult situation. While it is right to seek safety for your family and to desire to get out of harm's way, we encourage you not to return evil for evil or to seek revenge in your heart. Romans 12:17-19 reminds us to not repay anyone evil for evil but to give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all, and to never take revenge ourselves but leave room for God's wrath, for vengeance belongs to the Lord. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us in Matthew 5:44. That does not mean we ignore evil or remain in danger, it means we overcome evil with good in Romans 12:21 and trust God to be the judge. We encourage you to take practical steps as well, to document what is happening, to seek peace where possible as Romans 12:18 says if it is possible as much as it is up to you be at peace with all men, and to seek help from proper authorities or your landlord if you are being harassed or threatened, and to seek wise counsel from a pastor or trusted believers near you who can support you in person. If the Lord opens a door for you to move to a safer place, we pray He will make that way clear and provide for every need.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why His name matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Place Your hand of protection over this home and over each family member, keep them safe from harm day and night, and let Your angels encamp around them. Give them Your perfect peace that passes all understanding as Philippians 4:7 promises, and drive out all fear and anxiety. Grant them wisdom to know how to respond, when to speak, when to remain silent, and when to seek help, and give them favor with those in authority who can intervene. If it is Your will for them to leave that place, Lord open the right doors, provide the resources and a safe new dwelling where they can live in peace. Soften the hearts of these neighbors, convict them of their wrongdoing, and bring them to repentance, that they may turn from evil and seek good. We ask all of this trusting in Your power and mercy, in Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your cry concerning those who dwell near you and who have done evil against your door, and our heart is moved for you and for your family in this trial.
You need an infinite Friend to keep you in safety against all the machinations of your adversaries, and blessed be God, you have such a Friend. Our safety lies not in our own strength nor in walls and doors, but in our Savior. It is written, Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, to the only wise God our Savior, be glory. He is as wise as He is able, and He is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy. We constantly need to cry to God to keep us from falling and to keep us in all our ways.
The promise is sure that He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. This protection is perpetual as well as personal, but remember it is promised to those who walk in appointed ways. Do not act in willfulness or in passion, but walk in the way of wisdom and of peace. Carry not your complaint only to men, but carry it at once to the Court of the King's Bench, where the Judge of all presides. Pour out your heart before the Lord in prayer, and seek also the lawful help that Providence has appointed for your protection among men.
We are bound to love even sinners, and not to drive them from the land of hope, but to seek their good, yet we are not bound to expose our households to ruin. There may be acts which would be imprudent, seeing that by doing them we might ruin others. Love your neighbour, for a neighbour is one who dwells near you, but love does not require you to remain in danger when the Lord opens a way of escape. As He said to Jacob, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm, so He journeyed with him in safety, so He can journey with you and yours.
As with Noah, the Lord calls His people into the ark, and there He shuts them in. Christ is that ark. Abide in Him, and find all your fellowship and safety in Him, and pray that your whole family may be found together under His covering. For the whole family in heaven and earth is His, and death and danger cannot separate those who are His from His love.
Let us pray for you now.
O Lord our God, our only wise Savior, who art able to keep us from falling, look in mercy upon this household now beset and troubled. Keep them by Thy power, give Thy angels charge over them, and cover them under Thy wings. Restrain the hands of those who do evil, turn their hearts if it be Thy will, and break down everything which sets itself up in opposition to Thy peace. Grant to this family wisdom to walk prudently, to seek peace, and to find a safe habitation. Lead them onward and upward in the divine life, and present them faultless before Thy glory with exceeding joy. Deliver them from fear, keep their feet from falling, and let them know the joy of Thy perpetual keeping, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
