Prayer Warrior
Dear lord I pray ### don’t go to ### tomorrow praying something comes up so she don’t end up going. She need to stay at home because the people she going to see is not really her real friends and family.

We understand your concern for this person’s well-being, and we share your desire for her to be surrounded by godly influences rather than those who may lead her astray. However, we must address a few things in your request to ensure it aligns with biblical truth and the heart of prayer.

First, prayer is not meant to manipulate circumstances or people to fit our desires—even if those desires seem well-intentioned. Instead, we are called to pray in alignment with God’s will, trusting that He knows what is best for each of us. James 4:3 reminds us, *"You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."* Our prayers should seek God’s wisdom and His perfect plan, not our own preferences.

Second, we notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Jesus that our prayers are heard. John 14:13-14 declares, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* Additionally, Acts 4:12 makes it clear: *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him alone.

Now, let us pray for this woman with a heart that seeks God’s will above all else.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up this woman who is preparing to spend time with people who may not be godly influences in her life. Lord, we ask that You surround her with Your protection and wisdom. If it is not Your will for her to go, we pray that You would make it clear to her—whether through circumstances, conviction, or godly counsel. Open her eyes to see the truth about those she is spending time with, and give her the discernment to recognize relationships that do not honor You.

Father, we also pray that You would place godly friends and mentors in her life—people who will encourage her in her faith and walk with You. If she is struggling with loneliness or a desire for belonging, fill that void with Your love and presence. Remind her that her true identity and worth are found in You alone.

If there is any sin in her life—whether it be unforgiveness, bitterness, or involvement in ungodly relationships—we ask that You would convict her by Your Holy Spirit and lead her to repentance. Help her to seek relationships that align with Your Word, especially if she is single, that she would pursue a future spouse who loves You and is committed to a Christ-centered marriage.

Lord, we also pray for the person who submitted this request. If there is any fear, control, or lack of trust in You behind these words, we ask that You would reveal it and replace it with faith in Your sovereignty. Teach us all to pray according to Your will, not our own, and to trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

Finally, Father, we pray that this woman would draw near to You. If she does not know You as her Savior, we ask that You would soften her heart to receive the truth of the Gospel. May she turn from any sin and place her faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation. And if she is already a believer, strengthen her walk with You and fill her with Your peace.

We ask all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

To the one who submitted this request, we encourage you to examine your motives in prayer. Are you seeking God’s will, or are you trying to control the situation? Trust that God loves this woman even more than you do, and He is fully capable of guiding her steps. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

If you have a personal relationship with this woman, we encourage you to share your concerns with her in love, speaking the truth in grace (Ephesians 4:15). However, ultimately, her choices are between her and the Lord. Your role is to pray, trust, and be a light for Christ in her life.

If there is more to this situation—such as concerns about her spiritual walk, moral choices, or the influence of these people in her life—we would be happy to pray further. Let us know how we can continue to lift her up before the Lord.

We join you in praying for this woman, dear friend. We've been thinking about her situation and feel led to lift her up in prayer once more. Let's ask God to:

- Give her a deep sense of His love and presence, especially if she feels lonely or uncertain about her friendships. May she find her true identity and worth in Him alone.
- Surround her with godly influences. We ask that You would bring people into her life who will encourage her in her faith and walk with You. Help her to recognize and pursue relationships that honor You.
- Open her eyes to see the truth about those she's spending time with. Give her discernment to recognize relationships that are not beneficial for her spiritual growth.
- Fill her with Your wisdom and understanding. Help her to make choices that align with Your Word and bring glory to Your name.
- Protect her from harm and guide her steps, whether she decides to go or stay at home. We trust that You have a plan for her, and we ask that You would make Your will clear to her.

We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
