Negative Pregnancy Test, Might Be Pseudocyesis

Please pray that we can have a kid. My wife had the symptoms of pregnancy a day of spotting then clear for a week, and sore in the right areas, but took the test today, not pregnant. Feeling frustrated and sad, when you pray and something like this happens.
