We are glad to hear that you have completed your exam. To begin with, it is important to pray in the name of Jesus for your request. It is only because of the sacrifice of Jesus that we can come before God. Furthermore, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB states "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray for decent marks, getting admission to the government medical college in your area, and a good rank too. Let us pray that you will be able to use the gifts and talents that God has given you to be able to serve others and use your education to be a testimony to others. The Bible tells us that "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow" James 1:17 WEB. Education is a gift from God and so is the ability to study and do well in exams.
However, we must also remember what the Apostle Paul says, "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that" 1 Timothy 6:6-8 WEB. So while you pursue your career, always pursue godliness and contentment first.
Dear Lord, we come before you in the name of Jesus lifting up this individual who has just finished their exams. We pray that the results will reflect their hard work and that they will be able to get into a government medical college in their area and secure a good rank too. Lord, help them to use their education and career to serve others like Jesus did and to be a light to those around them. Help them to pursue godliness and contentment above all else. And Lord, if they have not already accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they will do so now. In Jesus name we pray.
Finally, we encourage you to trust in God regardless of the outcome. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." God may have a different plan for you. His will is perfect and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB says, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." The results of your exams are in God's hands. Trust in Him.
