Need your kind prayers for transfer of visa/sponsorship

I'm really praying for change, including my work and work environment. I noticed that coming to work the enthusiasm and energy hasn't been the same anymore. I realized that I allowed myself to be tainted with the negativity around the office and in the process I sin. Because I have an incompetent manager and weak HR, I felt that motivation and growth is absent. This everyday left me with bitterness, discouragement and it affects my self esteem. Lately, I decided to look for opportunities in the city where I'm currently stationed - Khobar, Saudi Arabia. There were several offers in the past that I received from different companies. However, the visa has always been a challenge. My company would not allow transfer of visa or sponsor. I have to exit Saudi Arabia. Most of the companies who gave expressed their interest in me required transfer of visa only. Lately, the company has been downsizing. Those who are in a redundant positions were released. This is also the same for non performers. I felt that I wanted to take this opportunity of getting a release. For one, I can help the company with downsizing and in return I ask to be released. I have heard that one of my colleagues in the back office has been named to be part of the termination of contract. This colleague has always been a good worker and is doing his job well. The only problem is that he's new. Because his position is redundant he is a sure candidate over the other who is much senior than him. My prayer is this: I have contacted the law firm company called Jones Day who has expressed their interest in me 10 months back. However, because I don't have a transfer visa, they moved on and picked another guy. The guy who replaced me as I have gathered is only temporary. This is where would like to come in. I'm praying that they will offer me that Administrative Assistant position again, send me an offer so I could show it to my company. I would like to offer my position to the guy who will be laid off and in return they will issue me a transfer of visa or sponsor. I believed this is a win win situation since I'm helping my company downsizing and at the same time helped my colleague get a job. I myself would be in a new environment and new office and a fresh start. Please help me pray. Thank you very much! God bless you all!

And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus.  God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site.  Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus,  my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
