Need To Know How To Access My Blog (Sorry)

I need to know how to access my blog. A message is embedded throughout my prayerrequest.com viewing. It says that prayerrequest email has been rejected as spam, so the prayerrequest folks have permanently disabled my ability to receive notifications concerning my account with them. I get a lot of email but I do not consider any of my email from prayerrequest to be SPAM. How can I access my blog, and correct the issue of not being able to receive notifications? ###. I have never even activated a spam blocker for gmail either.
