We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you up these past days and bringing your specific burdens before the Lord.
We have been praying for the heaviness you feel as you seek to do better and draw closer to God through church and communion and reading your Bible, yet feel more stressors coming. We understand how discouraging it feels to pray for the same problems for many years and to wonder how God will help you cope. We have also prayed about the distress over your yard and the boundaries with your neighbors, especially the anxiety when your cameras alert you and you see people standing in your yard after you have prayed so hard for that to stop. We have prayed for your peace regarding the distrust you feel and for wisdom and protection in that neighborhood situation.
We have also prayed for your heart regarding the man you mentioned, the missed connection on Sunday, the hurt and assumption that led you to end things, and the three sleepless nights that followed. We thank God that He led you to reach out with an apology even when you were unsure who was right or wrong, and we have asked Him to give you rest and to restore your sleep. We continue to pray for your desire for a miracle and for a really good Christian dependable man, whether that is the man you have been seeing or someone else God has in mind, and we understand your weariness in being single and longing for companionship.
We pray now in Jesus Name that God will show you His goodness and presence even in these stressors, for His Word reminds us to cast all our anxiety on Him because He cares for us in 1 Peter 5:7 and to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer to let our requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6. We ask the Lord to guard your heart with His peace that passes understanding in Philippians 4:7 and to give you peaceful sleep as He gives sleep to His beloved in Psalm 4:8. We ask that He will be close to you in this season and we claim the promise that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18. We ask for clear boundaries, for favor with your neighbors, and for God to direct your steps in relationships as you trust in Him with all your heart in Proverbs 3:5.
