Need rest of year to be better

We join with you in prayer and agree with you that you have come before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us.
We understand the heaviness of a difficult season and the longing for the months ahead to be filled with hope and renewal, and we lift this burden with you before the Lord. We are reminded that His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness never fails, even when the first part of a year has been painful or disappointing.
It is because of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning. Great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23
We take comfort in knowing that God sees the whole year, and indeed our whole lives, and His plans for us are for good. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28
Sometimes when we ask for things to be a trillion times better, we are asking for circumstances to change, and God certainly can and does change circumstances. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don't you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 Yet we also know that His idea of better often includes a deeper peace, stronger faith, and closer walk with Him, even if challenges remain. For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning. Psalm 30:5
We encourage you to continue to bring every anxiety and every hope to Him with thanksgiving, trusting not just for a better calendar but for His perfect will to be done in your life each day.
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the trials and disappointments of the early part of this year, every tear and every struggle. We ask that You would redeem these months ahead and pour out Your grace, Your peace, and Your joy in abundance. Let the rest of this year be marked by Your presence, Your provision, and Your purpose. Renew strength, restore hope, and open doors that no man can shut. Help us to trust You not only for better circumstances but for a heart that is more conformed to Your will, and let Your favor rest upon this life. We ask that You would make Your new thing spring forth and that Your peace which passes all understanding would guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We thank You that You hear us and that Your loving kindness never fails. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We have heard your earnest cry that the remainder of this year might be far better than that which has gone before, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.
To be wearied in the length of the way is the common lot of pilgrims, yet the Scripture saith, you are wearied in the length of your way, yet you did not say, There is no hope. There is hope, dear soul, since Jesus died. There is hope anywhere except in the place where hope can never come. As long as a man has hope in God, there is hope for him, for we are saved in hope, and that hope is not a vague wish that things may turn out well while we live carelessly, but a belief and desire and expectancy grounded upon Christ alone, who is the only Saviour of such as we are.
If the first part of this year has brought roughness to your road, remember that the Lord often trains us by that very roughness to walk more steadily in the way to glory, and that He can make the broken bone stronger after the fracture than it was before. He has not dealt with us after our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities, and He is able to do better unto you than at your beginnings. Though the things you hope for are not yet seen, you may with patience wait for them, for the proper sphere of hope is things not seen.
Therefore turn you to the stronghold, you prisoner of hope. Seek more instruction, grow in the knowledge of God, and live nearer to your Lord, that your joy may be maintained and you may be settled after your former estate.
We pray for you that the Lord in His infinite mercy would make these coming months to be indeed better, not merely in outward ease, but in nearness to Christ, in restoration to first love and earliest zeal, in strength to walk humbly with your God. May He turn a possible hope into an actual hope in your soul through believing in Jesus Christ, and keep you looking unto Him who never waited till we came back, but came after us in love. May you find peace in Jesus after long bondage, and yet praise Him who has redeemed you.
In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our stronghold, we ask these mercies for you. Amen.
