Need Prayers For My Health...

My name is Lori and I'm a 34 year old mom. Recently, I've gotten some tests done on my thyroid but I haven't gotten back any results. I'm trying not to worry but unfortunately, I am. Please pray for me, for healing. It's been a long time since I felt good. Also, please pray that God would help me quit smoking. It's a terrible addiction, but I don't know how to quit and I want to be around for a long time to raise my daughter.

Lord God, we all have our addictions and imperfections. I struggle with my own every day, and they imprison me. I am in chains, and I know that only you can break these chains.
