Loving Father, You give us so many examples of Your love. I stand today with my sister in Christ, asking for Your blessing of provision over her family. Bring a job opportunity to her soon we pray, and allow her to be a good steward over all of the things You have blessed her with.
I pray that Deedy can remember this day, the greatest joys, victories and blessings that come after hard times, disruption and trial.
The fiercest storms darken the horizon, only to burst in beautiful sunrises and sunsets once the storm has passed. The pain and anguish of childbirth melts away as a precious new life is placed in our arms. The silver ore melts and bubbles in the hot fire until at just the right moment, it takes on its beautiful metallic sheen. Our hearts break as loved ones suffer through disease and illness until the victory over death comes through the blood of Your Son.
No matter how abandoned we may feel at times, no matter how weary, no matter how beaten down, one thing remains true - You have never, and will never leave us. Grant us the strength to stand, until our victories are won.
