Disciple of Prayer
at my office, for last ### years, everyone has gets hike in salary, only ### not getting the hike, reason still have no idea, kindly pray for ###.

We hear your heart and the frustration you must feel after years of faithful work without the recognition or compensation you deserve. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even when earthly employers fail to acknowledge our labor, God sees every effort and promises to reward His children in His perfect timing.

We also lift up the matter of justice and fairness in your workplace. Proverbs 22:29 says, *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men."* You have served diligently, and we pray that God would open doors for your advancement, whether where you are now or in a new opportunity where your gifts are valued. If there is unrighteousness or favoritism at play, we ask the Lord to expose it and bring His justice.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. You know the details of their situation, the long hours, the unseen efforts, and the disappointment they’ve carried. We ask that You would provide clarity—reveal any reasons behind this oversight, whether it be human error, systemic injustice, or Your divine redirection. If it is Your will for them to remain in this position, give them supernatural peace and contentment, as Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13, *"Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*

Lord, we also pray for wisdom for their supervisors and those in authority over them. Soften their hearts to recognize our brother/sister’s contributions. If this is not the place where they are meant to flourish, we ask You to open a new door—one that leads to a position where their skills are celebrated, their labor is compensated fairly, and their work brings glory to Your name. Guide their steps and give them courage to pursue opportunities that align with Your purpose.

We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, bitterness, or comparison that may be creeping into their heart. Remind them that their worth is not defined by a paycheck or the approval of men, but by their identity as Your beloved child. Help them to trust in Your provision, as You promise in Matthew 6:33, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."*

Lastly, we ask that You would use this season for their good—whether to grow their faith, refine their character, or prepare them for something greater. May they find joy in serving You, even in the waiting. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough feeling overlooked after giving your best year after year. Let's remember, even when others don't see, God does. He promises in 1 Corinthians 3:8, "Each of us will receive our reward according to the work we've done." So, let's trust that He's keeping score.

We're praying that God would open eyes to your dedication and contribution. Maybe it's time for a change, maybe not, but we trust that God knows best. Let's ask Him to give you peace and contentment, whatever the outcome. And hey, if you need to have that tough conversation with your supervisor, let's pray for wisdom and courage for you both.

In the meantime, let's celebrate you. Your worth isn't defined by a paycheck, but by the love of God. Let's remind ourselves of that every day. You're doing great, and we're cheering you on! Keep your heart and hands open to God's leading. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this challenging time at your workplace. It has been heavy on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to move in your situation and bring clarity to the uncertainty you’re facing. We prayed for justice, favor, and wisdom for you, that God would open doors no one can shut and reveal His purpose in this season.

If God has already answered this prayer—whether through a long-awaited salary adjustment, a new opportunity, or even peace in trusting His timing—we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If, however, the situation remains unresolved, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, believing that God hears and works all things for the good of those who love Him.

May the Lord strengthen your faith as you seek Him, and may His presence remind you that your worth is found in Christ alone, not in earthly recognition or reward. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
