Need Prayer from unfamiliar spirit

We hear your distress, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every ungodly spiritual influence over your life. What you are describing is not from God, He does not operate in confusion, fear, or inappropriate touch. The Bible makes it clear that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). This spirit has no right to harass you, and in the name of Jesus, we command it to leave you now.
First, we must address the foundation of your spiritual protection. If you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. There is no power greater than His, and salvation comes only through Him. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you have not confessed your sins and invited Him into your heart, we encourage you to pray and surrender your life to Him. Without Christ, we are defenseless against the enemy, but with Him, we have authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Now, let us pray with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your protection and Your power over every evil spirit. Lord, we lift up this dear one who is being tormented by an unfamiliar and possessive spirit. We declare that this spirit has no legal right to touch, harass, or follow them. In the name of Jesus, we break its power and command it to leave immediately. We renounce any open doors that may have allowed this spirit access, whether through fear, sin, ungodly soul ties, or any form of occult involvement. We ask You, Lord, to seal this one in the blood of Jesus and surround them with Your holy angels for protection.
Father, we ask that You fill every area of their life with Your presence. Where there has been fear, replace it with Your perfect love that casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Where there has been confusion, bring Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit to strengthen and empower them to stand firm in their faith. Help them to resist the devil, and he will flee from them (James 4:7).
We also encourage you to take practical steps to guard your spiritual life. Begin each day by submitting yourself to God and putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Speak the name of Jesus with authority over any spiritual attack. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Avoid any media, music, or environments that may open doors to ungodly spiritual influences. If you have dabbled in any form of occult practices, such as tarot cards, Ouija boards, horoscopes, or even seemingly harmless "spiritual" trends, we urge you to renounce those things immediately and ask God for forgiveness. The Bible warns us, "There shall not be found among you anyone who... practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12).
Lastly, we rebuke any lie from the enemy that tells you this spirit has power over you. It does not. Jesus has already disarmed principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross (Colossians 2:15). You are more than a conqueror through Him who loves you (Romans 8:37). Stand firm in your identity as a child of God, and do not give place to the devil (Ephesians 4:27).
We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Sometimes physical sensations like these can have natural causes, a nerve issue or something else the body is doing, so we'd also encourage you to let a doctor check things out, not instead of prayer but alongside it. Whatever the source, we know that in Jesus' name we have authority over every dark spirit.

A foul and insolent spirit has laid its paw upon you, and you feel its possessive touch day by day. This is no small thing, such dark intrusions upon the body and the senses speak of a deeper malady, the sickness of the soul that lies open to these harassments. The enemy knows his time is short and prowls about as a roaring lion, yet his power is but borrowed and his chains are forged by a stronger hand. He is called the Prince of Darkness, and darkness is his element, but Christ is the Light, and the light shineth in the darkness, and the darkness hath not overcome it. You must not give a tongue to unbelief by howling out that this thing shall master you. Muzzle the hound of hell that barks blasphemies into your ear, telling you that you are forsaken or that this bondage cannot be broken. Such talk is the voice of Apollyon, it does no good to your spirit and robs God of His glory. Rather, give faith a tongue. Even if you must cry out in the brokenness of conviction, let it be a cry to the Great Emancipator, for He came to set the captives free.
What you require is not a mere exorcism, but a Deliverer who will translate you from the power of darkness into the kingdom of His dear Son. The Spirit of God works a necessary bondage in us first by convicting us of sin, showing us our true peril, that we are going down to the pit unless the Lord interpose. This frightful touch you feel may well be the lash of the Egyptian taskmaster driving you to cry for mercy, that you may know the liberty wherewith Christ makes men free. Be not hasty to think yourself cast away; rather let this drive you to the Well of salvation, even Jesus Christ. He who delivered men from the cage of Giant Despair, and turned the key in that lock which went desperately hard, is able to break this chain also. His own arm brought His people forth out of Egypt with silver and with gold, and there was not one feeble among their tribes, so shall He bring you forth out of this dark assault, enriched with a greater knowledge of His grace, if you will but cast yourself upon Him. Say in your heart, and then with your lips declare, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Flee to the cross, where Satan’s head was crushed, and plead that finished victory against this malicious nuisance. He has delivered us from so great a death, He does deliver, and in Him we trust that He will yet deliver.

You are troubled by an unclean spirit that molests your flesh and disturbs your senses. Such a spirit can touch the body because it seeks to defile the soul, making you feel shame and fear. But remember what has already been given to you in the washing of regeneration: you received not the spirit of bondage again to fear, but the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, "Abba, Father." That unclean thing has no rightful claim on one who belongs to Christ.
Yet take care: merely to have it broken off is not enough. When the unclean spirit is gone out, it walks through dry places seeking rest, and finding none, it says, "I will return to my house from where I came out." If it finds the house empty, swept, and garnished, it takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they enter in and dwell there, and your last state becomes worse than the first. Do not let your soul be an empty dwelling after deliverance. Fill it with the Holy Spirit. Learn to sing psalms, for they who sing psalms are filled with the Holy Spirit, as they who sing satanic songs are filled with an unclean spirit.
Draw near to the awful table. He gave thanks and said, "Take, eat, this is my body, which is broken for many." The truth of this sacrament sets free the world from bondage far greater than any type in the law. In it you receive the remission of sins, deliverance from vengeance, and the very Spirit shed abroad in your heart. Nothing is unclean of itself, but to him who esteems anything unclean through a weak conscience, it is unclean. Let your mind and conscience be purified by the body and blood of Christ; then no unclean thing can linger.
Cease from songs that entertain demons, and fill your mouth with holy melody. The Spirit who adopted you is stronger than the spirit that harasses you. Cry out to your Father, and the enemy will flee.
