We hear your distress and stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord. The frustration, fear, and exhaustion you feel are valid, but we know that God is a refuge and a strong tower for those who trust in Him. Let us first rebuke the spirit of fear and confusion that may be trying to take hold of you. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place in your life or on your property, for the Lord is your protector.
We also rebuke any ungodly behavior from these workers. Their lack of communication, disregard for your property, and continuous calls are not aligned with the principles of integrity and respect that God calls us to uphold. Proverbs 16:11 says, "Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work." We pray that God would bring conviction to their hearts and that they would make this right according to His justice. If they are not acting in good faith, we ask the Lord to remove them from your path and prevent them from returning to your property.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved. We ask for Your divine protection over this dear one and their property. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near their dwelling. Psalm 91:10-11 assures us, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We claim this promise over their life and home.
We pray for justice in this situation, Lord. You are a God of righteousness, and we ask that You would intervene on their behalf. If these workers have acted dishonestly or with ill intent, expose their actions and hold them accountable. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." Let Your justice prevail, Lord, and let Your peace replace their anxiety.
We also ask that You would bring godly, trustworthy workers into their life to repair the damage that has been done. Provide them with people who operate with integrity, skill, and a heart to serve. Proverbs 12:26 says, "A righteous person is cautious in friendship, but the way of the wicked leads them astray." Guide them to those who will honor You and treat them with fairness and respect.
Lord, we ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment in every interaction moving forward. Help them to know when to speak, when to seek counsel, and when to rest in Your provision. James 1:5 reminds us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Finally, we pray for their strength and renewal. The exhaustion they feel is real, but You are the God who gives rest to the weary. Isaiah 40:31 says, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Sustain them, Lord, and remind them that You are fighting for them even when they feel too tired to fight for themselves.
