Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning that indescribable quality you sensed in your former friend that seems to cause the devil to flee simply by its presence. We have continued to lift you up before the Father and to ask that He Himself would bestow that very same thing upon you and establish it as a permanent attribute of your being and an inseparable part of who you are according to His sovereign will so that the enemy flees whenever he draws near.
We have been praying that God would fill you with His presence and clothe you with strength and holiness in Christ and that you would walk in the authority and peace that comes from abiding in Him. We claim the promise in James 4:7 that if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us and the assurance in 1 John 4:4 that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. We also remember the truth in 2 Cor 3:18 that we are transformed into His image by the Spirit of the Lord. Our prayer is that the Lord would grant you what you cannot yet name or comprehend and make you ever more like His Son so that darkness cannot remain where He dwells in fullness.
