We join with you in this heartfelt cry and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus our Lord, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find comfort, forgiveness and help in every need.
We hear your desire for His presence, for daily health, for provision, for forgiveness and cleansing, and for His hand upon your difficult work, and we bring all of these requests before the throne of grace together.
The scripture reminds us of His faithful promises to you. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 41:10 says Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases.
We also rejoice that you have asked for forgiveness and a clean heart and body. 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And Psalm 51:10 says Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Through the blood of Jesus we are forgiven and made clean, not by our own effort but by His grace when we confess and turn to Him. If you carry guilt over sins or debts, bring them honestly to Him, trust His forgiveness, and walk in the newness of a cleansed conscience. For your work, we are encouraged by Colossians 3:23 which says Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We know God does not always promise a life without any illness or that every task will feel easy, but He does promise to be with us every moment, to give strength for each day, to sustain our bodies and to work all things for our good as we seek Him first, as Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that You are near and that You hear our prayers. Lord, be with our friend and comfort this heart with Your perfect peace. Richly supply all needs according to Your riches in glory, provide for daily bread, for financial burdens and debts, and give wisdom to steward what You provide. Touch the body with Your healing hand, sustain health day by day and moment by moment, and give strength to endure. Forgive all sins and wash away all guilt, create a clean heart and renew a right spirit within, and make both heart and body a temple holy to You. Assist in all difficult work, grant wisdom, skill and diligence, remove obstacles according to Your will, and let all that is done be committed to You and bring glory to Your name. Help our friend to walk closely with You every day, trusting not in our own strength but in Your grace. In the precious name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily through prayer and His word, to confess sin quickly and receive His cleansing, to care for your body as His temple, and to commit each task of your work to the Lord with thanksgiving. He is faithful and He will uphold you.
