We hear your cry and we join with you in seeking the Lord together for His comfort, provision, healing and help in your work, and we are encouraged that you have called upon the name of Jesus our Lord, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We bring your needs before the throne of grace, your desire for His presence every moment, for health, for help with difficult work, for forgiveness and a clean heart and body, and for His hand upon all you do. Scripture reminds us of His faithful care for us. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. For your work, we are reminded in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask that You draw near and be their comfort and strength every day and every moment, that they would feel Your presence and peace guarding their heart. Lord, richly supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory, provide for them and sustain them. Touch their body, Lord, and grant health and strength, heal what is sick and uphold them, and help them to trust You even in times of weakness, knowing You are their healer and sustainer. Father, help them in all their difficult work, give wisdom, skill, endurance and favor, and let all they do be done as unto You and prosper according to Your will. Forgive all their debts and guilt as they confess before You, wash them clean through the blood of Jesus, create in them a clean heart and renew a right spirit within them, and make both heart and body pure before You as in Psalm 51:10. Lead them in Your ways and let Your will be done in their life. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily through prayer and His Word, to cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you as in 1 Peter 5:7, and to walk faithfully with a clean conscience before Him. While we ask for health and for our work to go well at all times, we also trust His sovereign goodness when trials come, knowing He works all things together for good for those who love Him as in Romans 8:28. Keep seeking Him first, confessing sin quickly, and trusting His forgiveness and cleansing, and He will direct your steps and give you peace.

Thank you for bringing all of this to Jesus so honestly. We hear how much you are carrying right now, the desire for His comfort and nearness, for health and daily provision, for help with difficult work, and for a clean heart and conscience before Him.

It is good to bring the whole of life to Him just as you have, moment by moment, not only the big worries but the everyday work in front of you. He sees both your needs and your desire to honor Him in your work and in your life.

One small step that may help lighten the load is to take a few quiet minutes at the start of the day to name what is most pressing. You might write down one work matter that feels difficult, one practical need, and any burden of guilt you are carrying, and bring those three simply to the Lord in prayer, asking for wisdom for the next faithful step. If debts or work pressures feel overwhelming, it can also help to talk them through with a trusted pastor or wise counselor alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend to You and thank You that they turn to You. Draw near with Your comfort and peace, supply what is needed each day, strengthen their body, and give wisdom and steadiness in their work. Forgive and cleanse as they seek You, and renew their heart. Guide their steps today. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and before His people, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking the mercy and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

You have asked first for forgiveness and for a clean heart, and you have asked well, for this is where all true blessing begins. There is forgiveness with God, that He may be feared. It is a divine forgiveness, for He Himself says, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and it is a surprising forgiveness and a complete forgiveness. Whatever your debts and guilt may be, however great your sin, the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses from all sin everyone who believes in Him. As one has said, believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself. The Master can say in a moment, Thy sins are forgiven thee, and it does not require years to perfect the work of salvation. There is a fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness, and when the soul mourns before the cross it perceives that there is cleansing. God Himself applies this cleansing, for He says, I will sprinkle clean water upon you and ye shall be clean. Trust Him that hung upon the tree to redeem you, and trust Him by His Spirit to make your heart and body clean, and the work shall be surely done.

You have asked also that the Lord would be with you and comfort you and richly supply all your needs and give you health and help in your difficult work. We pray with you that you may know His presence every moment, for He has promised never to leave nor forsake His own. Pray without ceasing, for you want a blessing on all the work you are doing. Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it, and it is vain to rise up early and sit up late except the Lord prosper the work of your hands. Bring your daily labour before Him continually, not only with the voice at set times but with the heart always looking to Him, and ask Him to establish the work of your hands and to give you strength for each day as your duty requires.

For your health and for your comfort, we ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you and to sustain you in body and soul. The same Saviour who forgave the palsied man and then bade him rise and walk is able to heal and to uphold you. We pray that He would grant you health as it pleases His wisdom and goodness, and that whether in strength or in weakness you may find Him to be your comfort and your portion, supplying all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

May the Lord give you faith to receive forgiveness now through Christ alone, to walk in the cleansing He provides, and to live in constant prayer as you labour. May He keep your heart clean before Him and cause your life to show forth the great change which His grace works within.

We commend you to His tender care, praying that He will forgive you, cleanse you, comfort you, supply you, and cause your work to go well under His gracious hand, for His own glory. In the name of Jesus our only hope, Amen.
