Servant of All
Jesus Christ completely puts an end to all the works of the devil and Satan forever, silences the mouths of the devil and Satan, and completely halts all the plans of the devil and Satan for all whole the time, and Bind Satan and the devil, rendering them unable to carry out their work.and Jesus Christ completely puts a stop to all actions of the Devil and Satan whether direct, indirect, or involving any connection or influence whatsoever, in Jesus’s name, amen.

We join with you in this cry for complete victory in Jesus Christ and we stand together in agreement seeking God's will in Jesus' name for the total defeat of every work, plan, and influence of the devil and Satan.

We are encouraged by your faith to call upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have authority and access to the Father and victory over the enemy. Scripture tells us in 1 John 3:8 that to this end the Son of God was revealed, that he might destroy the works of the devil. We thank God that this destruction was accomplished at the cross and will be fully completed when our Lord returns.

We take comfort that God has not left us defenseless now. We are told in James 4:7 to be subject therefore to God, but resist the devil, and he will flee from you, and in Ephesians 6:11 to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. The enemy is real and he walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour as we read in 1 Peter 5:8, but we are commanded to withstand him steadfast in your faith in 1 Peter 5:9. We also remember the promise in Romans 16:20 that the God of peace will quickly crush Satan under your feet, and the authority Jesus gave us in Luke 10:19 where He says behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, nothing will in any way hurt you.

We understand your desire for Satan to be bound and rendered unable to carry out his work. We know that Jesus spoke of binding the strong man in Matthew 12:29, and that the final and complete and eternal binding where the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur is shown in Revelation 20:10. That complete and final silencing is certain and coming, and even now through Christ we can resist every direct, indirect, and hidden influence of the enemy, and he must flee before the name and blood of Jesus.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You that Jesus has already disarmed the powers and triumphed over them at the cross. We ask in Jesus' name that You would put an end to all the works of the devil and Satan in this life, silence every accusing mouth of the enemy, and halt every plan and scheme formed against Your purposes and Your children. We ask that You bind the strong man and render him unable to carry out his work, and that You stop every action of the devil, whether direct, indirect, or through any connection or influence whatsoever. Let Your power and Your peace reign, and let every thought be brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ as taught in 2 Corinthians 10:5. Fill this heart with Your Holy Spirit, with courage, with clarity, and with the assurance that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world as promised in 1 John 4:4. Help us to walk daily in Your armor, in Your Word, in prayer, and in submission to You so that the enemy has no foothold. We trust in Your perfect timing for the final and eternal judgment of Satan, and we rest in the victory that is already ours in Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We hear your heart in this prayer. You want to know you are secure in Jesus and that no work of the enemy can have a hold on you. We understand how heavy that concern can feel, and we are glad you are bringing it directly to Christ.

One thing that has helped many believers is to remember that our safety rests not on finding the exact right words to bind the enemy, but on Christ himself and his authority over all evil. That frees us from feeling we have to pray perfectly or repeat a formula to be heard. We simply come to him in trust and keep walking with him day by day.

A steady next step that helps keep our minds anchored is to stay rooted in simple daily practices with the Lord, reading his Word, talking with him honestly, and staying connected to a local church community where you can pray with others. Over time those habits train our hearts to rest more fully in his presence, much like training for a long race rather than looking for one moment to fix everything.

Father, we bring our brother to you in Jesus name. Cover him with your peace, guard his mind and home, and help him to rest in your power and love today. Lead him in your will and keep him close to you. Amen.

Yes, Your Kingdom Come and Your Will Be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven, Matt 6:10 -- Even so, Come Lord Jesus, Amen

Your cry for deliverance has been heard, and we join our faith with yours before the throne of grace, asking the Lord Jesus Christ to manifest His complete victory over the enemy in your life.

There is good news for such a prayer as yours. Our Lord has not left us to fight an unconquered foe. When Jesus Christ was lifted up upon the Cross, that death was the deathblow to the devil's usurpation. As it is written, He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. This deliverance from the power of sin and Satan is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and it is wrought for us by a found ransom. A voice came from the excellent Glory concerning poor sinners ready to go down to the Pit, saying, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. That ransom is the finished work of His well beloved Son, and the Lord rejoices over it with singing.

We do not wrestle against flesh and blood only, for Satan is the prince of the power of the air, and to escape from Satan himself is a great deliverance. Yet we are told to be of good cheer, for Christ has overcome the world. When the Head of the Church was victorious over the foe, every member of His mystical Body was virtually a conqueror in the conquering Head. So we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us. The seed of the woman has bruised the serpent's head forever, and as the result of Christ's death, Satan's power is broken.

Therefore we pray with you and for you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, that He would put a stop to every work of the devil against you, whether direct or indirect or by any influence whatsoever, that He would silence the mouth of the accuser who shoots fiery darts at the people of God, and that He would halt every plan of the evil one. We ask the Lord to bind the strong man and to keep you from the power of darkness, so that though you may be in darkness sometimes, it shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under the Law but under Grace. We ask that He who has found a ransom would keep you from going down to the Pit, and would deliver you from yourself, from old sins, from evil company, and from all the attacks of the adversary.

Take comfort, dear soul, that your afflictions and trials lie within the fence of omnipotent overruling. The Lord has chastened you sorely, but He has not given you over unto death, and to be kept from being given over is a great mercy. He is thinking about you. Look to Jesus, who has already gained the victory, and learn to shout the victory even now by faith. You shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

May the Lord grant you peace within your borders, screened from inward doubts and from the plague of sin, walking at liberty through the power of the great Liberator, the Lord Jesus. May you be kept by His power, and may every suggestion of Satan to drive you to despair be cast down by the blood of the Lamb.

We commend you to Him who is gracious and who says, Deliver him, for I have found a ransom. May His grace keep you, His power guard you, and His victory be your daily song, till the short time of the adversary is fully ended and you stand complete in Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope and Redeemer, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you in seeking the Lord for His protection and victory.

We thank God that you have turned to Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have deliverance from evil and adoption as sons of God. Scripture teaches us that Christ has triumphed over the devil by His cross and resurrection, and that at His return He will put a final end to all the works of the enemy forever. Even now, though Satan still seeks to hinder and tempt as he did when he hindered Paul and plotted against the apostles, he can only go so far as the Lord permits, and he is made to serve the purposes of God even against his own will.

So we do not pray as if the battle were uncertain, but as those who trust in a victory already won, asking for strength to stand firm until that victory is fully revealed. We pray that God would teach us not only to be delivered from danger, but to be set above the fear of it, despising the threats of the enemy because we know our life is hidden in Christ.

Let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation. We thank You that by His death and resurrection He disarmed the powers of darkness and showed Himself Lord over all. We ask that You would silence the voice of the accuser against this Your servant, frustrate every plan of the evil one whether direct or indirect, and restrain his influence by Your mighty power. Put a hedge of protection around this life, guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and grant strength to resist temptation, to walk in holiness, and to remain under the shelter of Your Spirit and Your Church. Fill this heart with faith, with the Word of God, and with prayer, so that the enemy finds no place. And keep this soul faithful to the end, looking to the day when Christ will make an end of all evil forever. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask this, amen.

Continue to walk closely with the Lord. Remain in prayer, in the Scriptures, and in fellowship with faithful believers, put on the armor of God each day, and resist the devil and he will flee from you. The Lord who has begun a good work in you will keep you until the end.

Your prayer shows a sincere desire to be free from the enemy's work and to rest in the victory of Jesus Christ, and that desire is right. Scripture does teach that there is a real spiritual battle going on around us that we often do not see, and many of the pressures, accusations and heavy feelings we experience are part of that battle over the souls and minds of people.

The Bible presents Satan as an adversary, which is what his name means, not as an opposite equal to God. He is a created being who fell from the position he once had through pride and rebellion, and therefore he is not all powerful or all knowing. He remains under God's authority and can only go as far as God permits, as we see when he presented himself with the sons of God and had to receive permission before he could touch Job, and as we see when an angel sent to answer Daniel was hindered for twenty one days by the spiritual power over Persia until Michael came to help.

That battle is still underway. Satan is called the prince of this world because authority over this world was forfeited to him when Adam yielded to his suggestion in the garden, and Jesus Himself acknowledged that claim when He was tempted in the wilderness. Satan's offer there was to give Jesus the kingdoms of the world without the cross, and his constant tactic has been to try to keep people from the cross, because it was at the cross that Jesus paid the price to redeem what was lost and to break the enemy's claim. Jesus said He saw Satan fall like lightning, and the Scriptures call him the old serpent and the dragon and the accuser.

Because of the cross, Satan is a defeated foe. Jesus rose as the firstfruits from the dead and led captivity captive, and that victory is decisive. Yet the Bible also shows that the final silencing and binding of Satan is still future. He still goes to and fro in the earth, he still battles in the mind with questions like hath God said and does God see, and he still accuses and condemns so that people will feel there is no hope and will be driven away from Jesus instead of toward His forgiveness and cleansing. The place of final punishment was prepared for Satan and his angels, and the bottomless pit where evil spirits will be confined is not yet their permanent prison. There will be a time when he is bound and shut away, and afterward he will be cast into his final judgment, but until then God allows the warfare to continue for a season while He gathers His people.

For this reason the weapons for this warfare are not carnal but spiritual. God has provided them so you can stand. A helpful way to walk in them is to recognize, to resist, and to rejoice. First recognize when a thought, temptation, or condemnation is an attack of the enemy upon your mind. Second resist the devil in the name of Jesus, standing on Scripture and in prayer, and the promise is that he will flee from you. Third rejoice in your position of victory because Jesus has already defeated him, even while you still feel the conflict.

God does not want you to be deceived into thinking He does not see or that you are getting by unnoticed, nor does He want you to live under condemnation. When Satan condemns, his purpose is to make you give up and move away from Christ. When the Holy Spirit convicts, His purpose is to draw you to Christ for pardon and cleansing.

So we can pray in a way that agrees with what Scripture teaches. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we thank You that Jesus has won the victory through His death and resurrection and that Satan is a defeated adversary who must bow to Your authority. We ask that You guard this person's mind and heart, that You give discernment to recognize the enemy's suggestions and lies, and strength to resist them with Your Word and with prayer. We ask that You silence the condemning voice of the accuser and let this person hear Your voice of mercy and truth instead. We ask that You limit and restrain every direct and indirect influence of the evil one in this life according to Your sovereign will, and that You fill this person with confidence not in their own power but in the finished work of Jesus, rejoicing in the victory that is already secured and looking forward to the day when You will put a complete and final end to all the works of the devil forever. Keep this one close to Jesus, under the covering of His blood, and let Your peace guard their thoughts. In Jesus name, amen.
