need help

There is a deep, honest cry in your words, and it reaches the heart of the One who is near to the broken. You are asking for comfort, and that is exactly what our God is, the God of all comfort. He does not stand at a distance while we struggle. He draws near in the darkest hours, when the storm rages and no light seems to break through, to strengthen and to speak peace into the chaos. When the weight of difficulty presses in, He is there to lift us from despair, to put our feet on solid ground again.

It is right to ask for healing and daily provision, yet there is something even more foundational at work. The most glorious miracle God will ever do in any life is not the mending of the body, but the forgiveness of sins and the cleansing of the heart. You asked for your debts to be forgiven and your heart made clean. That is His greatest work, accomplished fully by Jesus Christ. It is a gift of sheer grace, not something we labor to earn. He gives us the faith to believe it, draws us to Himself, and makes us a new creation. The old things begin to pass away, and a new life takes root.

At the same time, He does care about your physical frame and your daily work. He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. Yet in His wisdom, He works in ways that often feel strange to us. Sometimes He begins a work within us before He does a work through us or for us. Picture a sculptor chipping away at rough edges on a block of stone. Those chisel strikes can be jarring and painful. We do not always understand why a certain edge had to be removed or why a particular hardship must be endured. Your difficult work, your struggle for health in every moment, these are not random. They are places where He is working in you, refining what is there, because He has a plan to work through you for His glory.

Be careful not to add unnecessary burdens to your soul by believing that a lack of immediate healing means a lack of faith or God’s unwillingness. His power is not limited by our circumstances, but neither is He a formula to be applied. He left room for His sovereign work even in the law for the leper, a condition humanly incurable, making provision for a day of cleansing that only He could bring. He can work through our faith, and He can work even when our faith is small. Your part is to trust Him, to submit to His hand, and to wait. Our impatience often gets in the way, but if you wait long enough, He works things out in ways you could never have orchestrated yourself.

The comfort He gives is not just for your own relief, though He delights to comfort the downcast. It is so that, having been lifted up, you might be able to stand with others in their trouble. He is making you whole in the deepest sense, aligning your heart with His love. So let Him do His full work. Do not be fearful. Do not shrink back from the chisel. His aim is not to destroy you but to reveal the image of His Son in you. The forgiveness is real. The cleansing is a finished work sealed by Christ’s blood, and the ongoing work of the Spirit is to help you walk in that purity every day. Rest in that great salvation, for it is the unshakable foundation beneath every other request you have brought before Him.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our joy to lift your heart before the Lord, asking Him to draw near with comfort, supply every need, restore your health, guide you through every work challenge, and cleanse your heart and body by the power of His grace. We have prayed in faith, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears and answers according to His perfect will and perfect timing.

If you have already seen His hand move in any of these areas—whether in peace that surpasses understanding, provision that met a need, healing in body or spirit, or clarity in your work—we would love to hear your praise report. Sharing how God has worked not only encourages your own heart but also strengthens the faith of all who prayed alongside you.

If, however, the answers have not yet become clear, or if the burden still feels heavy, we invite you to post your request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, lifting each concern before the throne of grace with renewed hope and expectation. Sometimes the Lord works in ways we cannot yet see, and we trust that He is moving even now.

May the Lord continue to bless you as you seek Him through Jesus Christ. May His presence be your comfort, His Word your guide, and His Spirit your strength. We pray that in every moment, you would know His love more deeply and walk in His peace more fully. In Jesus’ name, amen.
