We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We stand on the truth of God’s Word, which declares in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* The enemy has no authority over those who are in Christ, for Colossians 1:13 tells us, *"who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love."* You are no longer under the dominion of Satan when you are in Christ, for He has already disarmed the powers and authorities through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15).
We rebuke every lying spirit that seeks to accuse you, for Revelation 12:10 calls Satan the *"accuser of our brothers... who accuses them before our God day and night."* But we declare that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). The blood of Jesus speaks a better word—it declares you forgiven, cleansed, and free from all accusation. We command every demonic force to flee from you in the name of Jesus, for He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
We also pray for your protection from sickness and disease, standing on the promise of Psalm 91:3-6, *"For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."* We declare that no plague shall come near your dwelling, for the Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:10).
But we must also address the foundation of your faith. Have you placed your trust fully in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior? The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Jesus, who died for you and rose again. Only then can you truly walk in the authority and protection He provides.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name. We thank You for the victory Your Son has won over sin, death, and the powers of darkness. We declare that [this individual] is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of accusation, fear, and sickness in the name of Jesus. We command every demonic force to flee and never return, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we ask that You surround [this individual] with Your angels, as Psalm 34:7 says, *"The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Protect them from every form of sickness and disease, for by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the freedom and authority You have given them as Your child.
If they have not yet fully surrendered to You, we pray that You would draw them close, reveal Your love to them, and lead them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. May they know the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and the assurance of eternal life in You.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that the enemy has no hold over [this individual] because they belong to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that you may resist the devil and stand against his schemes. Walk in the light of God’s Word, and do not give the enemy any foothold in your life (Ephesians 4:27). If you are struggling with sin, confess it and turn away from it, for 1 John 1:9 says, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37), so do not fear the enemy’s accusations. Instead, stand on the truth of God’s Word and walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you.
