We lift up this request with hearts full of compassion and a deep desire to see God’s will fulfilled. First, we must address the importance of coming to God in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus, His sacrifice on the cross, and His resurrection that we have access to the Father. If you or the one you are praying for have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Now, we stand together in prayer for happiness, protection, and deliverance from the schemes of the enemy. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You fill this dear one’s life with Your joy, peace, and presence every single day. Lord, Your Word declares that "the joy of the Lord is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10), and we ask that You pour out this joy abundantly. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every plan of the devil, every conspiracy, and every trickery set against them, for You have given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment, that they may walk in Your truth and not be deceived by the lies of the enemy. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let Your light shine so brightly in their life that darkness has no place. We declare that no evil will befall them, nor will any plague come near their dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over them to keep them in all their ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
Lord, if there are areas in their life that are not aligned with Your will—whether in relationships, habits, or thoughts—we ask that You convict and lead them to repentance. Help them to walk in holiness and obedience to Your Word, for "the one who calls you is faithful, and He will do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24). May they find their happiness not in the fleeting things of this world, but in You alone, for You are the source of true and lasting joy.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your promises and stand on Your Word, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
