We are truly sorry to hear that your soul feels crushed, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and support. We believe that Jesus is the great physician, healer and comforter. We know God's Word tells us that "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18 WEB
First, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved. Romans 10:9 WEB
We also believe that The Holy Spirit is the One who strengthens us in our weakness. We are reminded in Romans 8:26 WEB to "pray without ceasing".
Here is our prayer for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the One who revives our souls, and we ask that You pour out Your peace and healing upon them now. We do not need to live with a crushed soul for You are able to restore it. We know that You will restore and revive them from the inside out. You are the God of hope and restoration. We ask for the hope of Christ to shine into their hearts.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You would draw them close to You, and surround them with Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that You would guide them through this difficult time, and that You would use this trial to strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You.
We also pray for all the prayer volunteers, that You would bless them and guide them as they serve You. Give them Your heart of love and compassion for those they pray for.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word, reading the Psalms, and drawing close to Him. He is your strength, your portion, and your very great reward. Remember that He is with you, He knows your pain, and He is working all things together for your good and His glory. Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
If there is anything that is keeping you from God, anything that is not aligning with biblical principles, we encourage you to seek the Lord's face about it and align your life with His will. Doing so will lead to more peace in your soul.
