Need Guidance, Strength & Wisdom

Hello my Brothers and Sisters. I ask that you pray for me, as I'm separated from my husband and God has released me to seek a divorce. I admit, I still love him and had he been willing to repent of his unfaithfulness to God and me, I was ready to take him back. But he continued to lie, deceive and be unfaithful, so now I must release him to the Lord.

I need God's strength to resist the temptation to just take him back, so I won't be alone. Also, that I won't given in to the lusts of my flesh and sleep with him, knowing that will only cause further pain and confusion. I need God's wisdom and guidance as I move forward in His will and in any dealings with him. Pray my healing & deliverance from feelings of rejection, low self-worth, sinning in anger, and resentment.

Also, please pray for him (Chris). He says he has accepted Jesus as his Savior but the fruit of his life says otherwise. Only God knows what is in his heart. Pray he will repent of his sins, seek & allow God's delivrance from adultery, sexual imorrality, disobedience, rebellion, pride, stubborness; anger, bitterness, unforgiveness & resentment towards God before it's too late. Also, pls pray that he will give his life fully over to God and love Him with all of his mind, heart, body & soul and he'll be healed, restored & reconciled back unto Christ.

Thank ya'll for your prayers. I have felt & feel God working through them.

Yesterday was a BIG test as to whether I'd do what God said or what I wanted and I passed!!!

I still grieve the loss of the dreams, hopes & desires I had for this marriage and my heart aches but this scripture encourages me that I will heal, I will be set free.

Isa. 61:1-4, "1THE SPIRIT of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound, 2To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor] [a]and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, 3To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion--to give them an ornament (a garland or diadem) of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit--that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. 4And they shall rebuild the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former desolations and renew the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations."
Jesus is so wonderful. His love and strength flow through me and I KNOW that I will make it and I'll be whole.
