need God's help

Thank you for sharing your need so honestly. I have heard your request and I am praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to God and salvation.

God hears those who call upon Him with a sincere heart. Whatever this problem is that weighs on you, bring it fully before Him in prayer, trusting not in your own strength but in His mercy and power. He is able to help, to give wisdom, to forgive, and to deliver. If there is sin that needs to be confessed, confess it plainly to Him, for we have been freed from the hold of sin not to remain as we were, but to serve Him in newness of life by His Spirit.

I pray that the Lord will give you clarity to see His will, courage to do what is right, and peace as you trust Him. I pray that He will provide what you lack, guard you from what would lead you away from Him, and surround you with faithful friends who will help you and strengthen you, for true friendship helps one another toward what is good and away from what harms the soul.

Cast your care upon Him, continue in prayer, stay in His Word, and walk in obedience to what He has shown. He is faithful and He will not leave you without help.

Thank you for sharing your need and asking for prayer. I am praying for you in the name of Jesus.

I want to encourage you with this truth, that it is no harder for God to help you than anyone else. Whether we feel strong or completely without strength, it makes no difference to Him. We often look at our problems and say this is big and this is difficult, but difficulty is not on God's side. It is on our side, because we place our own limitations onto Him. Nothing is hard for the Lord, and no problem you bring to Him is beyond His ability to handle.

The best place you can be right now is to turn this problem over to Him completely and call upon Him for help. One mistake we often make is to keep our eyes fixed on the problem itself. When we dwell on it, it only grows larger in our minds and leads us toward fear and despair. Instead, cast your burden on Him and fix your thoughts on how great and powerful He is. When you see your situation in the light of His strength, confidence comes, because you know He is able to take care of what you have committed to Him.

Scripture gives this promise, that the Lord will be with you as long as you remain with Him, and if you seek Him with your whole heart you will find Him. Make Him first in your life. Bring Him not only the problem but your whole heart, asking Him to give you a single and undivided heart toward His will. He does not need your help to be God, He desires fellowship with you. Your help does not come from people or from circumstances around you, it comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth, the One who never slumbers or sleeps.

You may have started this prayer with a heavy heart and a sense of uncertainty, but many prayers in the Psalms begin that way and end with songs of confidence and victory, because the focus shifts from the trouble to the Lord. The help of man is empty, but through God we can move forward with courage, for He is the one who will work on our behalf.

Let us pray together. Father, I lift up this dear one to You right now who is facing a problem and needs Your help. You see what it is and You know every detail. Lord, it is nothing for You to help, and I ask You to make Yourself known as helper and keeper. Help this heart to cast every care on You and to keep its eyes on You rather than on the difficulty. Draw near as Your child seeks You with all of the heart, and give peace, wisdom and strength for each step ahead. Let there be confidence not in human ability but in Your power and faithfulness. I commit this life and this need into Your hands, trusting that You are able to keep what is entrusted to You. I ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.
