We hear your heart crying out for God's help with this problem, and we join together with you in bringing it before our Father in Jesus' name. We are thankful you called upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the throne of grace.
Even though you have not shared the details, God knows fully what burdens you and what you are facing. He is not distant from your trouble but is near to you in it.
We are reminded of His promises to us, that we can cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. And we are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.
He invites you to call upon Him, for He says Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know. Jeremiah 33:3. Jesus Himself says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You see the problem that weighs so heavily, even though it is unspoken to us, nothing is hidden from You. We ask for Your divine help, Your wisdom, and Your intervention. Grant clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is anxiety, and provision where there is need. Help our friend to cast this entire burden upon You and to trust You fully with the outcome. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lead them step by step by Your Holy Spirit, open the right doors and close the wrong ones, and let Your will be done in this situation for Your glory and for their good. Strengthen their faith as they wait upon You, and remind them daily that You care deeply for them and that You are working even now. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, our Savior and our only hope, amen.

Your cry for help has been heard and we bring it before the Lord with you, beseeching His mercy in the name of Jesus Christ our only Savior.
We do not know the particular burden that presses upon you, but He who searches the heart knows it fully, and He is able to help. It is written, The Lord shall help them and deliver them. He shall help them while they are in the trouble and bring them out of it in due time. What a promise for one who feels his need.
We would urge you to continue in prayer, and to pray after the perfect model of our Savior in the garden, Nevertheless not as I will, but as You will. Faith knows that at present she cannot see the whole plan and procedure of God's providential dealings, and we cannot fairly judge the working of Providence by gazing at a part of it. Instead of seeing in order to believe, we must learn to believe in order to see.
Draw arguments from your past experience to use with God in prayer, even as David did, You have been my help, leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When your soul has been burdened, He has been your Helper, and He will not forsake you now.
