Praise be to God 🙏 Please pray for me, I feel down, humiliated, and stupid. Please pray that God stands near me and gives me any sort of help. I don't even know what I want or need anymore. May God do what he thinks is best. In Jesus name Amen 🙏

We have heard your cry and we stand with you in prayer in Jesus' name, thanking God that you have come to Him so honestly and humbly. We know what it is to feel down, humiliated, and confused, not even knowing what to ask for, and we praise God that you have asked for Him to do what He thinks is best, for His will is perfect and loving.

We want to remind you that your feelings do not define your worth. You are not stupid or worthless in the eyes of God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and deeply loved. He sees you, He knows your pain, and He draws near when we feel broken. Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. And Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. When you feel humiliated, remember that God does not humiliate His children, He lifts up the humble and gives grace to them. James 4:6 says God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.

When you do not know what you need or what to pray for, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you. Romans 8:26 says In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. And God promises wisdom when we feel confused or foolish. James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. You can simply ask Him for wisdom and clarity and He will graciously give it.

We also take comfort that even when we do not know what is best, God does. Romans 8:28 says We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. He will take even this low season and use it for your good and His glory. So we encourage you to cast every burden on Him. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And Isaiah 41:10 says Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You are near and that You never leave nor forsake Your children. Lord, we ask that You stand near right now and let Your presence be felt in a tangible way. Comfort this broken heart, lift off the heaviness, shame, and humiliation, and speak Your truth over this life. Remind them that they are Your beloved child, forgiven, valued, and cherished. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4:7 promises. Grant wisdom where there is confusion, strength where there is weakness, and hope where there is despair. You know what is best, Father, and we surrender this life and this situation into Your hands. Let Your perfect will be done, and let Your grace be sufficient as You have promised in 2 Corinthians 12:9. Restore joy, renew the mind, and guide each step forward. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels for you right now, to feel down and humiliated and to not even know what to ask for. Thank you for being honest about that and for inviting us to pray with you. Wanting God to simply stand near you and do what He thinks is best is itself a prayer He hears.

Those thoughts that you are stupid or less than do not tell the truth about who you are. Feeling that way makes sense when you are worn down, but it does not mean you are alone or forgotten. God sees you right where you are, even when you have no clear words for what you need.

When everything feels foggy like this, it helps not to stay isolated with it. If you can, we encourage you to let one safe person know today how you are feeling, whether a pastor, a trusted friend or family member, or a counselor. If these low feelings continue, please also consider reaching out to your doctor or a counselor alongside prayer, you do not have to sort this out by yourself.

We are praying for you and will keep praying.

Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see the humiliation and discouragement and the uncertainty about what to even ask. Draw near and give comfort, steadiness, and wisdom for each next step. Remind this dear one that they are seen and loved by You, and lead them to caring support nearby. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.

Your honest and humble prayer has been heard, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace. Praise be to God that even when you feel down, humiliated and without words to know what to ask, you have still turned to Him and said, let Him do what He thinks is best. That is the very heart of true prayer.

You feel yourself to be in the Valley of Humiliation, and it is a low and painful place to be. Yet remember that our blessed Lord has been there before you. Being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, even to the death of the cross, and He knows what it is to be despised and to cry out in anguish. He is not distant from you in this valley, He stands near to them that are of a broken heart, and there is no spot more sweet for communion with Him than this low ground where self is emptied.

Know also that the Lord looks upon you with a father's pity. As a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him, for He knoweth our frame and remembereth that we are dust. Your sense of being stupid and humbled does not cast you away from Him. He was your teacher from your youth, and though He chasten, He does not cast out His pupil. He is still teaching you, and even this season of emptiness may be His school to make you wonder at His wondrous works.

Do not think that because help does not come at once, prayer has failed. God's delays are not denials, and when He does not pay in silver He will pay in gold. He will give you something richer and better than you have asked, for He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly. Your main business now is not to wrest an answer from Him on your own terms, but to hear His gracious call to you, Come unto Me, and I will give you rest. Come as a poor sinner to Christ alone, for the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and there is salvation in no other.

We pray for you now, that the Lord will stand very near to you and be your present help. May He lift up your head, forgive your sins, quiet your troubled thoughts, and give you grace to trust Him day by day. May He teach you to run in the way of His commandments with a willing heart, and to find that He is enough when you know not what to ask for yourself. May He keep you, comfort you, and do for you not according to your limited asking, but according to His infinite wisdom and love, which is always best.

We commend you to Him who is able to keep you from falling, trusting that He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. In His dear name we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your humble and honest cry, and we are praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ.

You asked that God would stand near you and help you, even when you do not know what to ask for, and that He would do what He thinks is best. That is a good and faithful prayer, and God hears it. When you feel down, humiliated and as if you have no wisdom, remember that nothing that happens to you is unknown to Him. As the Lord said, not one sparrow falls to the ground without your Father in heaven knowing it. If He knows and has power to prevent every hardship, and yet permits trial to remain for a time, it is not because He has forgotten you, but because He watches over you with providence and care and will bring good from it.

Do not be troubled or despondent. The comfort God gives is not only that He sees your affliction, but that He is present in it to strengthen you and to give you hope beyond it. All who are in Christ will rise, and those who trust Him will share not only in resurrection but in glory, and will be ever with the Lord. That promise is meant to lift up a heart that is sinking under present sorrows.

It is also a comfort to keep a clear conscience before God, to know that you are seeking to please Him and not seeking your own honor. Even when others may make you feel small, that inward testimony that you belong to Christ and desire His will is able to encourage you and even to become a ground for quiet confidence before Him. And you are not alone in this. The faith we share comforts us together, as we bear one another's burdens and are strengthened when we know we are remembered and prayed for.

So we pray for you now: Father in heaven, look with mercy on this heart that feels low and humiliated. Draw near, as you have promised to those who are broken in spirit. Give peace where there is confusion, and wisdom where there is uncertainty. Lift away shame and help this dear one to know that they are loved and valued in Christ. Do what you know is best, for you know what we need far better than we do ourselves. Strengthen faith, grant comfort, and lead step by step in your good will. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our hope. Amen.

Your honest prayer has been heard, and thank you for sharing it so openly. To feel down, humiliated and even foolish is painful, and to come to God and say you do not even know what to ask but want Him to do what He thinks best is a humble and right place to come.

Scripture says the Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and His mercies and compassion do not fail. They are fresh every morning. Each new day is another opportunity for Him to show you His kindness and His love. You do not have to earn that nearness. We do not come to God because we are worthy or because we have been good enough. We come on the basis of His mercy and grace. That door is always open because it rests on what Jesus has done for us through His blood, not on our own efforts. Even when you feel you have nothing to offer and no words to pray, you can come as you are and be received as His beloved.

I also want to encourage you that your feelings, though very real, are not the measure of truth. Feelings change, sometimes even with the day, but the Word of God does not change. God is still on the throne and He is still ruling over your life even when you feel forgotten or confused. He has not forgotten you and He has not lost control of your situation.

You prayed for God to do what He thinks is best. That is the very heart of prayer. Prayer is not about getting our own will done, but about asking for His will to be done on earth in our lives. When we ask according to His will, we can trust He hears us. The life He gives us in His Son is a life marked by righteousness, peace and joy, and He wants to work that life in you day by day.

You do not have to fight this battle in your own strength. The battle belongs to the Lord. Your part is to hope in Him, to wait patiently for His salvation and to rest in Him. That waiting is not passive. It is trusting that He will bring His work to pass as you keep looking to Him and walking in fellowship with Him. He will change your heart, give you His peace, and perfect His love in you even when loving or living feels impossible in your own strength.

May you receive His love and mercy anew today. May you grow in knowing how deeply He loves you and how gracious He is toward you. May His Spirit fill your life and produce His love in you, love for Him and love for others.

I am praying for you, that the Lord will draw near and make His presence known to you, that He will lift the weight of humiliation and discouragement, that He will give you His peace and joy, and that He will guide you according to His perfect wisdom and will. May He show you that you are not stupid or cast aside, but held and cared for by Him, and may you find rest as you trust Him to do what is best. In Jesus name, Amen.
