Cry out to God, he is near those of broken spirit, find help, rehab, church with pastor who will help. Get away from present so called friends, anyone who is not willing to help you detox.You literally cannot do this by yourself.

Father God, this child of yours is lost, please bring heaven to earth in their life, set their body free from chemical addiction, set their mind free from the lie that they cannot live without drugs and sex. May your peace that surpasses all human understanding rule and reign over their heart and mind. And bring good nonjudgmental people into their life to encourage and part with them until they are stronger mentally, physically and in their personal relationship with you!
