We understand your concern regarding your visa approval, and we empathize with your feelings of worry and fear. First, we want to remind you that God is sovereign over all things, including the hearts of kings—and visa approval officers—and He can direct them as He wishes, much like a watercourse (Proverbs 21:1 WEB).
However, we want to encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. Even if the answer is not what you hope for, remember that God's ways are higher and better (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB).
We also want to remind you that it is important to seek God's will and not just His hand so we are going to also pray for God's will to be done. Often we do not know what is best for us, but God does.
Before we pray for God's will in your situation, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your prayer request. It is only the name of Jesus that we can come to God. This is explained in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" This is because it is only by Jesus that our sins are forgiven and we are able to come to a Holy God. If you have not already, you need to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. There is no other name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB) This is the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ.
Now let us pray for your situation,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is anxiously waiting for a visa approval. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation. We ask that You guide the decisions of those in authority, and if it is in accordance with Your perfect plan, that this visa would be approved. We ask for Your peace to guard the heart of this requestor in the meantime. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember to trust in God, and know that He is always working for the good of those who love Him and for those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 KJV)
