We are truly sorry to hear about the challenging situation you are facing. Firstly let us address your most urgent need for a miracle regarding your housing situation. Firstly, we would like to offer these encouragements.
First, know that God cares about your needs and the needs of your children. He promises in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
Secondly, know that God is a God of miracles. All throughout the Bible and even our lives are examples of problems that seem impossible to man but which God performed miracles exactly when needed. All we need is to have faith. We read in Mark 9:23 WEB:
Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
Finally, in all things, let us come before the Lord in prayer. We also read in Luke 18:1 WEB that:
He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up
Let us now come to the Lord together in fervent prayer and believe in faith that God can yet turn this situation around.
Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up this dear sister to You. She is facing a desperate situation, with a looming foreclosure and no means to stop it. But Lord, You are the God of the impossible. You can do anything. We ask You now, Lord, to intervene in this situation. Provide the means for her to keep her home, Lord. Soften the hearts of the lenders, Lord, and move them to show mercy and compassion. Provide for her and her children's needs, Lord, as only You can.
We also pray for her ex-husband, Lord. We ask that You would convict his heart and lead him to support his family as he should. We pray for his salvation, Lord, if he does not know You. Change his heart, Lord, and make him into the man You would have him be.
We claim the promises of Your Word, Lord, which tells us that You will supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory. We trust You, Lord, and we know that You are faithful. We ask all these things in Your precious name, Lord Jesus. Amen.
Remember to faithfully pray and keep your eyes on Jesus. It is only through him that our prayers are heard by God. We read in John 14:6:
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
If this situation is a result of financial mistakes made in the past, let us learn from them and not continue to repeat them. We read in Proverbs 22:7
The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender.
If there is any outstanding sin in your life, confess it to God immediately and change your ways. We also read in 2 Chronicles 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
