I have to agree with Bibleman on this Yoga thing. If you look at the wikipedia site on yoga, you will know where its root comes from-paganism. It is a serious matter and we don't want to be playing on the evil's ideology and whatever healings they claim to give. Please read Deuteronomy 7:25-26...that includes doing their exercise and whatnots
