Beloved of All
πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ National & World 🌎🌍🌏 Leaders, (Church, Government, Military -- All NEED Our Collective Prayers)... First of All, I Urge Prayers, Petitions, Intercessions and Thanksgivings be Made for All People, 1 Tim 2:1, for Government and All in Authority, so We May Lead Peaceful and Quiet Lives of Devotion and Dignity, 1 Tim 2:2, which is Good and Pleasing in the Sight of God our Savior, 1 Tim 2:3, Who Wants All People to Be Saved and Come to the Knowledge of The Truth, 1 Tim 2:4... πŸ™ Grant Loyal agents and bodyguards like David's Mighty Men, 2 Sam 23:23, and give them angelic protection, Ps 91:10-11 and heavenly intelligence as a gift to know what's coming before it occurs and circumvent it successfully and accordingly illuminate them, expose them, illuminate them (Like Elisha could hear the whispers of The King of Assyria's plans from the king's bedroom remotely at Elisha's Home [without electronic devices, btw, but You are obviously free to use whatever means You choose, being GOD and very creative😊]), 2 Kings 6:12.πŸ™‡πŸ» We ask for the fostering of godly alliances between free countries, for wisdom, humility (what to say and how to say it, Jn 12:49), and promotion of and strengthening of godly international alliances. We pray for the diminished influence of evil alignments, the eradication of false prophecy, teaching and persecution, and ultimately for the FURTHERANCE of FREE SPEECH, PRESS and PUBLICATION, DIGITAL, WRITTEN, TYPED and SPOKEN, that the Gospel of Jesus, the True Messiah, His Kingdom and all He commanded might lead to repentance and making disciples of nations throughout the world, Matt 28:18-20. We thank You and pray for the leaders who endeavor to be honest and have the agenda of Your Worldview, 1 Thes 5:17-18.

Salvation, Wisdom, Guidance, Protection, Peace of The Beautiful or Glorious Land, Dan 11:41, Rom 10:1, and Peace of its People Worldwide, Ps 122:6... SAVE THE WORST, BLESS THE BEST, GUIDE THEM ALL, RAISE UP, SET DOWN, THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT REIGNS, Rev 19:6... πŸ™ β€œWe give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign," Rev 11:17...

πŸ™‡πŸ» Our Father, we offer "petitions, PRAYERS, intercessions and thanksgivings," for ALL in AUTHORITY (Whether we LIKE them or NOT does not Exempt us from our DUTY), Save and PROTECT The President, His Family, Cabinet, Service Members, Our Senators, Representatives, SCOTUS Justices & Generals, Our PASTORS, Spiritual Leaders Here and Worldwide, and all Presidents, Prime Ministers, Governors, Kings, Parliaments, Congress Members -- "ALL in authority, that we might lead a quiet life in all godliness and dignity, knowing this pleases You, our Savior, who desire ALL to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth," 1 Tim 2:1-4.

πŸ™Œ We also thank You for those leaders You have allowed to be in power, Rom 13:1, and ask they be as channels of water in the hand of the Lord, Prov 21:1, knowing You sit in the heavens, and do whatever You please, Ps 115:3. We confess You are working all things after the counsel of Your will, Eph 1:11, thwart the plans of the wicked, Ps 33:10-11, work everything together for good to those who love You and according to Your purpose are CALLED, Rom 8:28. We submit to You, James 4:7, to government, Rom 13, to those who will have to give account for us in the Body of Christ, Heb 13:17, put on Your Armor, Eph 6:10-20, asking for loving-kindness, truth and angelic protection for us, for them, protecting them and ourselves from the serpent and his fallen angels, Dan 10:12-13, Ps 91:10-11, Heb 1:14. Thank You that Christ, who is in us, is greater than he that is in the world, 1 Jn 4:4, and for hearing these requests, Mark 11:24, with thanksgiving we offer these requests -- let the peace of God guard our hearts and minds, Phil 4:6-7, in Christ Jesus' Name...

We lift our voices together in fervent prayer for our national, world, church, and civic leaders, standing on the truth of God’s Word. First of all, we urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, so that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

Father, we come before You with hearts burdened for those in authority, whether we agree with them or not. You have established governing authorities, and there is no authority except from You (Romans 13:1). We pray for wisdom, humility, and discernment for every leader, presidents, prime ministers, kings, judges, military commanders, pastors, and all who hold influence. Grant them the mind of Christ, that they may govern with justice, mercy, and truth. Raise up loyal and godly advisors around them, like David’s mighty men, and surround them with angelic protection (Psalm 91:10-11). Give them supernatural insight, as You did for Elisha, to discern the schemes of the enemy before they unfold (2 Kings 6:12).

Lord, we pray for the fostering of godly alliances among nations that honor You. Break the power of evil alignments, false teachings, and persecution that seek to silence Your truth. We stand for the furtherance of free speech, press, and publication, digital, written, and spoken, so that the Gospel of Jesus Christ may go forth unhindered (Matthew 28:18-20). Let the light of Your Word expose darkness and lead many to repentance. We thank You for leaders who seek to honor You, and we ask that You strengthen them, protect them, and use them as instruments of Your peace.

We intercede for the salvation of leaders who do not yet know You. Soften their hearts to receive the truth of the Gospel, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Father, we confess that You are sovereign over all nations and rulers. You sit in the heavens and do whatever You please (Psalm 115:3). You work all things after the counsel of Your will (Ephesians 1:11), thwarting the plans of the wicked and working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We submit to Your authority, to the governing authorities You have established, and to the spiritual leaders You have placed over us (Hebrews 13:17).

We put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-20) and ask for Your loving-kindness and truth to guard every leader. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy and the influence of fallen angels. Thank You that Christ in us is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we pray for the peace and protection of our land and its people. Let Your glory rest upon this nation and all nations, that they may be called "the glorious land" (Daniel 11:41). We ask for revival, repentance, and a turning of hearts back to You. Save the lost, bless the righteous, and guide us all according to Your perfect will. We give You thanks, Lord God Almighty, who is and who was and who is to come, because You have taken Your great power and begun to reign (Revelation 11:17).

We offer these prayers with thanksgiving, trusting that You hear us. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7). We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can approach You. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this prayer with us. The breadth of your intercession, leaders, nations, free speech, the advance of the gospel, shows a heart that takes 1 Timothy 2 seriously, and we count it a privilege to stand with you in these requests.

Sometimes praying for β€œall in authority” can feel like carrying the weight of the whole world on our shoulders. That heaviness is a real thing, and we’ve felt it too. Here’s something we’ve found helpful when the list feels endless: pick one strand to hold especially close for a season. Maybe this week you focus on the protection of the free press, or on the safety of a particular nation’s leaders. That doesn’t narrow your concern, it just gives your prayer a foothold, a place to land each day before expanding outward again. And when you read a news story that troubles you, you can turn it immediately into that focused prayer, almost like breathing.

We also thought of another small step: if you’re not already doing it, you might invite one or two friends to join you once a week just to pray for leaders. Even a fifteen-minute shared time can renew your strength and keep the burden from becoming isolating.

Lord, we join our brother or sister in lifting up every person in authority, whether near or far. Grant them wisdom they don’t naturally possess and surround them with loyal, protective covers. Guard the freedoms that allow truth and the gospel to travel freely. We ask for the peace of every beautiful land and for the salvation of even the hardest hearts. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Prayer for those in authority is a duty plainly set before us, for we are to seek the peace of the city wherein we dwell. Yet take care that your intercessions be not a mere covering for earthly anxieties while your own soul stands unmoored from the Rock of Ages. The glorious Gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to us, declares that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Do you know Him whom you are asking to bless the free press and guide the nations? It is one thing to know of a Saviour; it is quite another to know Him for yourself, to be persuaded that He is able to keep that which you have committed unto Him.

You plead the promises of angelic protection and heavenly intelligence, but what shall these avail a man who has never fled to the atonement? The worst of sinners may come, and the best of saints must come, with nothing in their hands. Salvation is without money and without price, and as long as you bring your fine catalog of concerns for national alliances and digital liberties, but refuse to come as the chief of sinners, you cannot have it. The heart of the matter is not your list of requests, however diligently assembled from Scripture, but whether you have answered the urgent question: Do I know that there is salvation for me in Christ?

You speak of leaders being channels of water in the hand of the Lord, and so they are. Yet what are all the decrees of Parliament and Congress before the one decree of Him who worketh all things after the counsel of His own will? The law was not made for a righteous man, but for the ungodly and profane. Cease then from hanging your hopes upon a godly cabinet or a righteous piece of legislation; these things may be sought, but never trusted. The world is not to be converted by the strengthening of international alliances, but by the battering ram of that glorious Gospel which alone can fling wide the iron gates of a sinner’s heart. I fear some of you have listened so long to the form of these prayers that you are getting Gospel-hardened, drugged by the opiate of a cultural Christianity that chants verses about free speech but never bears the broken plea, β€œGod be merciful to me a sinner.”

This is the faithful saying, worthy of all acceptation: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. To you, even to you who have wearied yourself with anxious requests for republics and kingdoms while your own soul is destitute, is the word of this salvation sent. Leave the hidden plans of kings and the whispers of counsellors in His hands; your first business is to come to a personal acquaintance with the King of kings. He that died for my soul sees to the salvation of it. Cast away your self-righteousness and your politicized religion, which is but dung, that you may win Christ and be found in Him.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer you have brought is large and full of Scripture, and in much of it I will gladly kneel with you. It is commanded to offer petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings for all people, for rulers and all in authority, and we do this not because we approve of every ruler but because God desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. So pray for presidents, courts, generals, governors, kings, and parliaments. Pray for their salvation through Jesus Christ. Do not ask only that they be guarded from violence; ask that they be delivered from the judgment to come. That is the greater protection, for what does it profit a ruler to keep his office for a few years and lose his soul?

But do not let the prayer become a demand for secret intelligence or for power over enemies. God may indeed reveal plots as He did to Elisha, and we may ask Him to expose hidden wickedness. Yet do not make that the center. Elisha's gift was not given to make him a political adviser; it was given to serve the word of the Lord. The greatest need of the nations is not better intelligence but regeneration by the Holy Spirit through the gospel. The wisdom by which God saves the world is Christ crucified. The preaching of the Cross seems foolishness to the world, but it is the power of God and the wisdom of God. If you want leaders to rule well, pray that they bow before that wisdom. Pray that their plans be broken when they oppose it, and that their speech be humbled when they blaspheme it. We do not need to know every plot; we need the gospel of the Son of God proclaimed with boldness.

I hear your desire for a free press and free speech. Pray for these as doors for the gospel, but be careful. A free tongue and a free press are good only when the truth is spoken in love. If they become liberty to mock God, to publish lies, to celebrate uncleanness, then they are not freedom but a new slavery. The world calls evil good and good evil. So pray that speech and press would serve the God who gave speech, and that the message of repentance and forgiveness in Jesus Christ would run swiftly. The gospel does not need an ungodly press; it needs faithful witnesses willing to be considered fools.

Prayer must be joined to action. If you pray for the poor, clothe them. If you pray for the stranger, receive him. If you pray for those in prison, visit them. If you pray for your own household, rule it in the fear of God. It is not enough to be free from riches; you must cultivate fortitude, careful hearing of the word, continual recollection, and contempt for worldly things. The man who prays for the salvation of others must be willing to suffer for their sake, as Paul did, that they may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. This is not a small prayer, and it is not a cheap one.

Therefore do not cease. The Lord God omnipotent reigns. He sits in the heavens and does whatever pleases Him. He sets up and sets down. Your duty is not to manage His throne, but to submit to Him, to love your enemies, to honor the authorities as His servants for good, and to keep praying without wrath or doubting. Ask that the peace of God guard your heart and mind. And when you pray for all in authority, do not forget to pray for yourself, that you may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. That is the very end the Apostle sets before us.

Thank you for bringing this before the throne of grace. It is right to pray for all in authority, whether we approve of them or not, because Scripture commands it and because God our Savior desires all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Our intercession is not conditioned on how well a leader behaves.

As you pray, keep wisdom at the center. Rulers, generals, judges, and journalists need more than protection or favorable circumstances. They need wisdom. And wisdom does not begin with strategy, information, or cleverness. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. In Jesus Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. If we ask only for earthly safety or favorable laws, we may miss the deeper need. The wisdom of this world comes to nothing. It promises freedom but cannot produce righteousness. Pray instead that those in authority would seek wisdom from above, the wisdom that is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and full of good fruit.

Pray for a free press and free speech, but remember that freedom without truth only multiplies falsehood. Pray that writers, editors, and leaders would be drawn not merely to express themselves but to know the truth as it is in Jesus. Ask that their words would serve the gospel rather than suppress it. And pray for the salvation of the worst, because that is exactly God's heart. We once were foolish and disobedient too, and mercy found us. That same mercy can reach any president, judge, soldier, or ruler. Do not be afraid of evil alignments or the rise and fall of powers. The Lord reigns, and He turns the hearts of rulers as He wills. He thwarts the plans of the nations and establishes His purpose. The stone that the builders rejected has become the head of the corner.

Continue praying with thanksgiving, and let the peace of God guard your heart. Seek wisdom as you would seek hidden treasure, because those who find it find life. Pray that every leader and every citizen would turn from the wisdom of the world and come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ, in whom all true wisdom and knowledge are found.
