Please intervene in Naomi's behalf in this situation. Let these vandals be apprehended and punished. Bring them to conviction and repentance for the damage they've caused to other people's property. Help them to find more constructive ways to spend their time and energy. Protect Naomi and her property and help her to trust You and make wise decisions. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
