Jesus, bless me and my child today with love, happiness, joy, grace, productivity, prosperity, love, peace, safety and You being present to guide and keep us from harm. Jesus, bless myself and my child and all the spaces we enter today. Make it safe spaces, Jesus. Do not give anyone any reason to take my daughter from me, Jesus, bless the persons I meet and talk to so they believe me and keep me safe. Protect me and my daughter, Jesus, so my ex can not use anything against me. Let his and other peoples lies be revealed and also his/their manipulation, Jesus, let it serve to save me and my daughter. Let no weapon form against me and my daughter, Jesus. Do not let my ex, his family or anyone speak of me so it harms me or my daughter in any way, Jesus. Melt his heart, so he sees how he affects both me and my daughter, and that he doesn't take me to court, Jesus. Jesus, take the wheel and no matter what happens keep my daughter and me close and together, show me what to do so we never separate. Send me people to bless hers and my life, help me see who is sent from you and not, Jesus. Bless me with the right decisions and right pathway, Jesus. Forgive those who have trespassed against us, and for our trespasses, Jesus. Bless my enemies, melt their hearts, turn all actions to blessings for us all, Jesus. Stay with my daughter, myself - stay with us so we feel You in every part of our being, our surroundings and all the people we meet today, Jesus. We join you together before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus and we thank you for calling upon His name so faithfully, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. We hear the burden on your heart for your precious daughter and for your own safety and peace, and we stand with you asking for the Lord to be your refuge and covering in this difficult season with your ex, with those who speak against you, and with the case involving your daughter.

We are encouraged by your desire to be a vessel for Him and to forgive those who have trespassed against you, and we pray that the Lord will keep your heart and mind from fear and from the pollution of evil tongues. The Lord sees all that is done in secret and He is a God of truth and justice. We cling to the promise that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17 and that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We know that children are a heritage of Yahweh Psalm 127:3 and that He hears the righteous when they cry out Psalm 34:17. We also remember that we are to cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. And we trust that God works all things together for good for those who love Him Romans 8:28, even turning what others intend for harm into blessing.

We pray together now for you and your daughter. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Cover them with Your blood and let Your presence fill every space they enter today, making it a safe space by Your hand. Let no weapon formed against them prosper and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be shown to be in the wrong. Reveal every lie and manipulation spoken by her ex, his family, or anyone else, and let truth shine clearly before every person she meets, before the workers handling her daughter's case, and before any authority. Soften his heart Lord, that he may see how his actions affect this mother and child, and restrain any harmful legal steps that are not of Your will. Guide her answers and every document concerning the case, let no false written statement stand, and give her clarity, wisdom and favor as she cooperates with those in authority, for You direct the heart like water Proverbs 21:1. Grant her wisdom liberally as she asks James 1:5, that she may make right decisions and walk on the right pathway, trusting in You with all her heart and not leaning on her own understanding Proverbs 3:5. We ask that You keep mother and daughter close and together, that fear not take hold, for You have said do not be afraid for I am with you Isaiah 41:10. Let Your light shine upon them so that no one can question their bond and the safe loving home she provides by Your strength.

We pray for this little girl who is home with her mother this week. Hold her heart Lord, let her feel Your love and her mother's love surrounding her at all times, let no attack steal her joy, and draw her early to salvation in Jesus. Help this mother to be the best mother she can be, keeping her daughter in focus, showing her daily how deeply she is loved as You love her. Strengthen this mother in her education and new field of work, give her motivation, understanding and favor, let her learn well and make a good impression and not be put to shame. Send people into her life who will truly bless her and her daughter and give her discernment to know who is sent from You. And Father, regarding her desire for a future husband, we pray according to Your perfect will that if it is Your plan You would in Your timing bring a godly man of faith to her, a fellow believer with whom she can enter into holy marriage as You designed marriage to be a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and that any courtship would be pure and aimed toward marriage and honoring to You, for we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. Teach her to wait on You and to be guided only by You so that all her actions are blessed and bear good fruit for her daughter. Help her to forgive as You forgive us Matthew 6:14 and to bless those who have hurt her while leaving vengeance to You Romans 12:19. Let Your will be done in her life and in her daughter's life today and forever, let every evil intent be stopped and turned to blessing, let misunderstandings and unjust judgments be removed, and let her gain clarity and safety as she leans on Your understanding. We ask all of this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how deeply you love your daughter and how much weight you are carrying right now with the fear around your ex, the CPS process, and the possibility of court. Wanting to be a safe, steady mother for her and to be heard and believed is a good and understandable desire, and we are praying with you for protection, clarity and peace in the days ahead.

In the middle of so much uncertainty it can help to keep things as steady and clear as you can. When you can, keep a simple record of conversations and paperwork with dates, respond to CPS promptly and ask for anything you do not understand to be put in writing, and let one or two trusted, wise people walk with you, a pastor, a counselor, or a legal aid advocate in your area who can help you understand each next step so you do not have to sort it all alone. Continuing your education one assignment at a time is also a faithful way to care for your daughter’s future while you wait for answers.

We are asking the Lord to give you wisdom for each decision and to guard your heart from fear so you can keep loving your daughter well day by day.

Jesus, we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Cover them with Your presence, guard them from harm, let truth be made clear where there has been confusion or untruth, and guide every conversation and document. Give this mother wisdom, calm, and trusted help for the next steps, and let her daughter feel safe and deeply loved today. Your will be done in their lives. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer for yourself and your dear child has been heard, and the burden you carry for her safety, for truth to be revealed, and for wisdom in every step is laid before the throne of grace.

The fear that presses upon you in the face of an earthly court, of the dealings with those who have charge of your daughter's case, and of the words of others, is a heavy snare, but the Lord says to His people, Fear not. Fear not is a plant which grows very plentifully in God's garden, and He says, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. It is not merely the preacher who cries Fear not, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant fallen as dead at His feet, Fear not. To give way to fear is to dishonor Him whose arm piled the heavens and sustains the pillars of the earth. Labor then to get rid of fear, for fear is weakening, and the fear of man bringeth a snare. Trust in promised strength, for He has said, I will help thee.

We bring you and your daughter before the Lord, that He would cover you with His presence in every space you enter, keep you from harm, and let no weapon formed against you prosper. We ask Him to let truth be made clear and to bring to light what has been hidden or twisted, to hold the tongue that would speak harm against you or your child, and to turn all evil intent into that which He can use for good according to His sovereign mercy. We ask that He would grant you favor and clarity as you answer those set over your daughter's case, that false statements would not stand, and that all judgments and misunderstandings that would keep you from blessing and safety would be removed. We ask Him to restrain what ought to be restrained, and to do what is right and just in the matter of the court, that you and your daughter may remain together under His care, if it be His will, and that you may be shown the right pathway and the next steps you should take.

We pray also that He would make you the mother you long to be, that your daughter would feel both your love and His love surrounding her, that she would be kept from attack and from the loss of joy, and that her heart would be held and guided by Him. We ask that He would guard your own heart and mind, that you would not be polluted by evil tongues nor walk by fear and by sight, but be guided only by Him, so that your actions may be blessed and bear fruit for your child. We pray for your labors in your studies, that He would give you strength and motivation, help you to learn and to understand your new field, and keep you from being put to shame, delivering you from slander and gossip.

You have asked for a husband who is a man of faith, and we pray with you that if it be the Lord's will, He would in His own time bring to you a godly marriage, which is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and keep you pure and faithful until that day. We do not ask Him to bless what is outside His holy ordinance, but to bless what is according to His design and to keep you walking in His ways.

Above all, we entreat you to look unto Jesus, for salvation is through Him alone. Not content with saving you from hell, He has adopted His people into His own family, and made them heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. Come and see what the Lord has done, come and dine upon His grace, for the Spirit of the Lord is with them that fear Him. The forgiveness of sins for Christ's sake brings not a slavish dread, but a holy reverence and awe, and perfect love casts out fear, for fear hath torment. Believe firmly in your Lord, for in proportion as faith grows stronger, fear will vanish. May you know that forgiveness and that fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom, and may your daughter also be brought to know Him and be saved.

May the Lord help you to forgive as you have been forgiven, to bless those who have trespassed against you, and to be a vessel of His salvation to everyone you meet. May His light shine upon you both, and may you feel Him in every part of your being, your surroundings, and all your goings. We pray that you will lean not upon your own understanding, but upon His, and that He will direct your paths and keep you and your child in His tender mercies, now and forever. Your prayer has been lifted before the Lord and we have heard the deep love you have for your daughter and your desire to walk faithfully before Jesus in this difficult season. We join you in asking for His presence, His protection, and His guidance over you both and over every space you enter.

We pray that the Lord Himself will be your guard and your daughter's guard. As Scripture teaches, when we instill the fear of God in our children from their youth, He becomes a wall that cannot be broken, a protection better than any earthly father or any outward contrivance. May He cover you both, keep you from harm, and let His light and peace rest upon your home this week while your daughter is with you. May she feel deeply loved by you and even more deeply loved by Him, secure in your bond and in His care.

We ask God, who is the giver of every good blessing and the cause of all that sustains us, to give you wisdom, clarity, and right judgment in every decision, every conversation, and every document. We pray that truth will be revealed and that lies, manipulation, slander and gossip will not stand. Where you meet with those who have authority over your daughter's case, including those in child protective services, we pray that you will be given grace to speak truthfully and calmly, to act with integrity, and that those who hear you will act justly and with discernment. We ask that no weapon formed against you will prosper, and that any evil intended against you and your child would be stopped and, by God's mercy, turned to good.

We also pray for your ex and his family, as you have asked. We ask that God would soften hearts, bring conviction where it is needed, restrain harmful words and actions, and lead all involved toward what is true and right for your daughter's wellbeing. We join you in forgiving those who have trespassed against you, asking God to bless even those who have opposed you, while still asking Him to protect your daughter from harm and confusion.

We hear your desire to be the best mother you can be, to keep your daughter in focus and to be a vessel of Christ's love to everyone you meet. May the Lord strengthen you for this calling, which is holy work. The care of children, the protection of the vulnerable, and the faithful nurture of a home are among the highest services offered to God. May He give you strength for your studies as well, to learn well, to make a good impression, and to grow in the new field He has set before you, all while you carry these other burdens. Lean not on your own understanding, but trust Him to direct your steps.

We join you in praying about your future. The desire for a faithful husband, a man of faith with whom to share a lifelong covenant of marriage as God designed it for one man and one woman, is a good desire when submitted to the Lord's will.
