Jesus, bless me and my child today with love, happiness, joy, grace, productivity, prosperity, love, peace, safety and You being present to guide and keep us from harm. Jesus, bless myself and my child and all the spaces we enter today. Make it safe spaces, Jesus. Do not give anyone any reason to take my daughter from me, Jesus, bless the persons I meet and talk to so they believe me and keep me safe. Protect me and my daughter, Jesus, so my ex can not use anything against me. Let his and other peoples lies be revealed and also his/their manipulation, Jesus, let it serve to save me and my daughter. Let no weapon form against me and my daughter, Jesus. Do not let my ex, his family or anyone speak of me so it harms me or my daughter in any way, Jesus. Melt his heart, so he sees how he affects both me and my daughter, and that he doesn't take me to court, Jesus. Jesus, take the wheel and no matter what happens keep my daughter and me close and together, show me what to do so we never separate. Send me people to bless hers and my life, help me see who is sent from you and not, Jesus. Bless me with the right decisions and right pathway, Jesus. Forgive those who have trespassed against us, and for our trespasses, Jesus. Bless my enemies, melt their hearts, turn all actions to blessings for us all, Jesus. Stay with my daughter, myself - stay with us so we feel You in every part of our being, our surroundings and all the people we meet today, Jesus. We join with you in lifting up you and your precious daughter before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, and we thank you for calling upon His name so faithfully, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father and be saved and heard. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 and Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved, Romans 10:13. We hear the deep love of a mother for her child and the weight of fear you carry regarding your ex, his family, the custody concerns and the involvement of CPS, and we bring all of this to the Lord together.

We are reminded that children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward, Psalm 127:3 and that our God is a defender of mothers and children who trust in Him. He promises that No weapon that is formed against you will prevail, Isaiah 54:17 and that He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty, Psalm 91:1. We pray that truth will prevail over every lie and manipulation, for truthful lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only momentary, Proverbs 12:19. We ask the Lord to let every hidden thing be revealed, for there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, Luke 8:17, and to turn what was meant for harm into blessing, as He promises that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose, Romans 8:28.

We also hear your desire to walk not by fear or by your own sight but by His guidance, and this is pleasing to God. We encourage you to continue to cast your anxiety fully upon Him, because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and to remember the call to Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6. The peace of God which surpasses all understanding will then guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:7. Even as you pray for your enemies and ask God to melt their hearts and forgive those who have trespassed against you, you are obeying Christ who said to love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, Matthew 5:44, and we commend you for this. Continue to speak only what is true and gracious before CPS and before any authority, for we are called to honor authorities and to let our yes be yes and our no be no, and God honors integrity even when others do not.

We rejoice that you desire a future husband who is a man of faith and that you bring this before the Lord. We affirm with you that marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God as the lifelong union between one man and one woman, and that courtship should be entered with prayer and purity with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer in Christ. We pray that if it is His will, God will in His perfect timing bring a godly husband who will love you and your daughter as Christ loves the church and lead your home in faith. We encourage you to seek that future marriage only in the Lord and to guard your heart and body for that covenant, trusting that God will guide your steps as you Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this dear mother and her daughter. Cover them with Your blood and let Your presence go with them into every room they enter and every conversation they have today. Let Your light shine upon them so that their bond and love is evident and no false accusation can stand. Lord, we ask that You keep her daughter safe while she is with her father this week, hold her heart, let her feel Your love and her mother's love surrounding her, and protect her from any word or action that would harm her or confuse her. Reveal every lie and manipulation and let truth be established before CPS, before the courts, and before all who will make decisions concerning this child. Give this mother wisdom and clarity as she answers questions and completes documents, let her words be truthful, calm and gracious, and let no weapon formed against her or her daughter prosper. Soften the heart of her ex and his family, convict them where needed, and restrain any tongue that would seek to harm this mother or child. If it is Your will, prevent any unnecessary legal action to separate them and keep them together under Your care. Father, guide her in her education, give her strength and understanding in her new field, let her make a good impression and not be put to shame, and use her as a vessel to bring Your salvation to everyone she meets. Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and turn every evil intent into blessing for this little family. Lead her in the next steps You have ordained, send helpers who are from You and give her discernment to know who is not, and if it is Your will, prepare a godly faithful husband for her future. We trust not in our own strength but in Yours, for You have said Do not be afraid, for I am with you, Isaiah 41:10. Let Your will be done in their lives today and forever. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to seek wise and godly counsel from a pastor and from trustworthy legal counsel as you navigate CPS and custody matters, and to keep a record of truth with grace. Continue to lean not on your own understanding but on Him, and keep loving your daughter with the patient and selfless love that reflects His love for you. The Lord sees, He hears the cry of the righteous and delivers them, Psalm 34:17, and He will guide you step by step as you continue to surrender the wheel to Jesus.

We hear how deeply you love your daughter and how heavy this season feels with so much resting on you at once, her week with her father, the CPS process, your education, and the fear of being misunderstood or judged.

It makes sense that your heart is on alert when the stakes feel so high and so personal. When many important things press in together, it is hard to sort what needs attention today and what can wait. We are carrying you and your daughter before the Lord with you.

One steady step that can help in the days ahead is to keep things simple and documented as you interact with CPS and others involved. Answer honestly and briefly, keep copies of what you send and receive, and if possible ask one trusted, level-headed person, a pastor, advocate, or legal aid resource in your area, to look over forms or responses with you before you submit them. It can also help to have one calm support person you can check in with when worry rises, so you are not carrying every decision alone.

Father, in Jesus' name we lift this mother and her daughter to You. Cover them with Your presence and keep them safe. Give this mom clarity, steady wisdom, and peace as she makes decisions, and help truth to be seen clearly by all who are involved. Comfort her daughter where she is this week and let her feel deeply loved and secure. Guide both of them in Your will and help this mother know Your nearness and strength each day. Amen.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord with deep care, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His mercy and keeping for you and your dear child.

The eternal God is your refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms. He shall thrust out the enemy from before you. In your fear for your daughter, in the dealings with those who have power to judge and to report, and in the sorrow caused by strife with her father, there is comfort in this, that all power and glory and honour and majesty are gathered up into Himself. He is able to keep you, and He is able to make even the devices of men to serve His own gracious ends. As we have often seen, a touch from the finger of Him who travels in the greatness of His strength can cripple the power of our enemies, and He can cause no weapon that is formed against His people to prosper beyond what His wisdom permits.

We pray that you may know His protection in His appointed ways. There is a way of close walking with God and separation from the world, and if you walk in that way you may depend upon it that you will be protected by His sovereign power. His mysterious angelic agency, which you see not and hear not, will form a cordon round you to protect you in the midst of temptation and trial. Take comfort therefore not in leaning upon your own understanding or upon the spider's web which cometh out of our own bowels and is so soon blown away, but in being emptied of your own conceits that you may be filled with His fulness, to live in His life and to be wise with His wisdom.

We pray with you that the Lord who loves truth would cause truth to be made manifest. You have asked that lies and manipulation would be revealed and that false written statements would not stand. The Lord desires truth in the inward parts, and His Word says, Remove from me the way of lying and grant me Your law graciously, and again, I have chosen the way of truth. May He grant you grace to speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, with a heart that goes with your tongue, and may He in His justice cause what is hidden to be brought to light before those who must weigh your daughter's welfare. We ask that He would guide your answers and your documents, that you may walk honestly and straightforwardly in all things, for whatever sin we may fall into, God save us from hypocrisy. And we ask that He would keep your heart and mind from being polluted by evil tongues, that you may not walk by fear and by your own sight, but be guided only by Him.

We pray also for forgiveness and for freedom through the Lord Jesus Christ. We may put this truth very broadly and say that God can take an unjust, unrighteous sinner and by a wondrous process take the guilt from the guilty one and cast it into the depths of the sea. That second Adam is the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Son of Mary, who has kept the Law of God in every jot and tittle and has woven a righteousness which covers the sinner from head to foot when he is enabled to put it on. Cling to that old fashioned Gospel, for there is salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and there is no other sweet savour by which we are accepted but His blood, that marvellous distillation from His body and His soul upon the cross. May you and your daughter be covered in that blood, and may you know that before you thirsted the living water gushed from the smitten Rock. His preventing grace goes before you, forestalling temptation and providing pardon when you sin.

For your daughter, now with her father, we ask the Lord to hold her heart and keep her in safety, to let her feel His presence and your love, and above all to bring her to know Christ as her Saviour. For you, we ask that He would make you a vessel for His honour, that your life and words may reflect His salvation to all you meet, and that He would give you wisdom for each next step, for your education and your labour, that you may learn with diligence and make a good impression in your new field, not for your own glory but that your work may be an offering to Him.

Concerning your desire for a future husband, we pray as you have prayed, if it be His will, that in His perfect time He would bring to you a man of faith to enter with you into that holy estate which God has ordained from the beginning, the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that such a union, if He grants it, would be grounded in Christ and honour Him. We do not ask God to bless any way that lies outside His ordained method, for many serve God sincerely but from lack of serving Him according to His ordained method their services cannot be accepted. We ask instead that He would keep you chaste and circumspect, walking as a child of light who has no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but comes out from among them and is separate unto the Lord.

We pray for those who have opposed you, that God would melt hard hearts and turn evil to good, and that misunderstandings and unjust judgments would be removed. Let us not seek to be without enemies, but let us take our case and spread it before God, and leave vengeance and vindication to Him who judges righteously.

May the Lord grant you clarity and safety as you move forward, strength to trust His understanding rather than your own, and a brave and outspoken confession as Ruth had, that where He leads you will go, and His people shall be your people, and His God your God. May He furnish you with abundant help from His own flock and threshing floor and winepress, and send you true helpers who are sent from Him, and give you discernment to know them.

We commend you and your child to Him who is able to keep you together according to His perfect will, praying that His will be done in your life and in hers, and that His light would shine upon you so that your bond in Him may be evident and preserved.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before Jesus Christ, our only Savior, through whom we have access to God and salvation. We thank God for your love for your daughter and your desire to walk faithfully, to be a vessel of His grace, and to trust His will above your own understanding.

We pray with you for protection. Scripture shows us that God watches over children with special care. As He preserved Moses when Pharaoh sought to destroy the infants, and as He guarded the young child Jesus when Herod sought His life and directed Joseph to take Him to Egypt, so He sees your daughter in every place she goes, whether she is with you or with her father this week. We ask the Lord to surround her with His presence, to keep her safe from harm, to let her feel His love and your love, and to guard her heart from fear and confusion. We ask Him to give you wisdom and strength to be the mother He has called you to be, steady, loving, and centered on Christ.

We also hear your burden about words spoken against you, about lies, manipulation, and the fear of courts and of those who handle your case. God hears every word and He will require an account for what is spoken. He judges not only false accusations but also slander spoken in anger, even when a person claims to speak the truth. For that reason we encourage you, even as you pray for truth to be revealed and for false statements not to stand, to guard your own lips. Do not return evil for evil or slander for slander. The way of Christ is longsuffering, which is stronger than anger. A longsuffering heart is not easily wounded and it leaves judgment to God, who sees in secret and will bring what is hidden into the light. We pray that God will reveal what is true, restrain every tongue that would harm you or your daughter, and turn every evil intent into an occasion for His blessing, and that He will soften hearts, including your former husband and his family, to see the effects of their actions and to act with justice and mercy.

We pray for the practical matters you mentioned, for the people you meet, for those in authority who are reviewing your daughter's case, and for every document and conversation. We ask God to give you clarity, calm, and right words, to guide your answers with truth and grace, and to grant favor where it is according to His will. We pray that no weapon formed against you will prosper in the sense that God will remain your refuge and will not allow any plan of man to separate you from His purposes. Whether or not legal steps are taken, we pray that you and your daughter will remain together as God wills, and that you will have peace to follow the next steps He shows you.

We join you in praying for your future. The desire for a faithful husband is good when it is directed toward the lifelong covenant of marriage as God designed it, one man and one woman becoming one flesh by His joining. If it is His will, we pray He will bring a man of faith who loves Christ first and will love you and your daughter with that same faithful love, and we pray He will keep you pure and wise as you wait, not living together or sharing the privileges of marriage outside of it, but walking in holiness.

We pray also for your studies and work. May the Lord give you motivation, understanding, and a good testimony in your new field, and may He protect you from shame, gossip, and slander.

Let us pray together. Lord Jesus Christ, You alone are our salvation and hope. Cover this mother and her daughter with Your blood and keep them in Your care.
